Hotel was immaculate, pool was great, breakfast was phenomenal! Highly recommend this hotel!

Check in was not great, had to swipe my cc 3-4 times as their terminals were not working great. Finally the terminal was rebooted and “my card” worked. When asking for another room not next to elevators, was told they did not have any more but I saw a number of guests book in after. This may have been an Expedia problem as they had room as accessible. Opened up drapes to big windows with a view of a wall 6 feet in front of it, the facade over the drive up entrance. Room was spacious but probably cause it was accessible. Frig was barely cool, glad I was not storing food as it would not be cool enough. Warm tub, I mean hot tub was only like warm. No restrictions on unsupervised kids as there were probably 16 kids (7 of them in warm tub) and only 1 adult other than myself. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of variety. 4 ice machines in hotel of which only 2 were working. I am not a small man but not a huge man either and the towels in room were minimal. Water in room, both tap and shower were only Luke warm too. The sad thing is that we are booked into same hotel on our way home. Thought staying at a Hampton was a step above basic hotels but this one is in the later! Expected more, got less!

Decent stay, there was missing trim in quite a few places and the elevators had moving blankets up the whole time so it didn’t feel the nicest. Long wait to check in and rooms weren’t ready so maybe understaffed? One kid was screaming for a good portion of the evening, but the hotel can’t control that. Nice breakfast.

Staff is excellent. Friendly, helpful and available. Parking is good. Plenty of variety for breakfast ( wish it stayed open until 11 Am for those of us sleeping in on vacation.) The room was great and everyday someone came to see if we needed anything from housekeeping. Sadly, this does not happen in the States. Room was large and bright , not dark. I would gladly stay here again.

Convenient and easy access to restaurants and casino

Clean room, good area, good beds. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was good.

Great stay

The room was very clean and quite modern. There was no bath tub. The shower was full size. I don’t know if all rooms are like this but I like rooms with showers like this. The breakfast was varied and quite good.

Room was clean and quiet. Found the bed to be very comfortable. Room stayed nice and cool even when it was so hot outside. Free breakfast is a nice touch to give you something to eat before you start your day.

Every thing was good and clean and convenient

I was surprised with an empty hair conditioner bottle while I was taking a shower at the end of the day. Other than that this hotel was quite good.

Booked a room with a sofa but did not get one

Property was clean, well located, and exactly what we wanted. Pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast was plentiful. Love the coffee too! Beds were soft and comfy, AC was nice and cold! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
