The room was very clean. I was very happy with that. Mo stray hairs in the bathroom anywhere, or in the bed (and yes we have found them before). Maintenance wise, there was some peeling wallpaper in a couple of places. It wasnt an issue. It just made the place look older than it needed to look. I didnt get a chance to use the pool because it was too small. There were too many people in there and it left you feeling claustrophobic. You couldn't enjoy yourself. That was a me problem I guess, not something they could control. I did love love love the coffee machine. I wanted to bring it home. It was the best coffee ive ever had. The staff were great who worked the front desk. The biggest complaint I think we have is with the housekeeping. The come around at an ungodly hour, beat on the door, and give you 2 secs to answer before they use their key to open the door to come in. If someone is not answering, that tells me that they are sleeping, or prefere to not be disturbed. I was really bothered by someone just walking in. A hotel should ask when a person checks in. Do you wish to have housekeeping in the mornings, yes, what time? No, ok thank you we will put you on the no list and if you need supplies you will have to come get them yourself. Easy. That was really my only complaint. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

We had a horrible experience. Our room smelled bad, there were drinks stains over the carpet, and my wife banged and injured her ankle on the metal bed frame which was sticking out as a result of the boxspring not correctly sitting on the bedframe. We had the General Manager come to our room to review, she was extremely rude, and said the family that was there the night before, their kids were jumping on the bed and damaged it, and they didn't have time to order a new bed, so we were stuck with staying in this one. She didn't show any remorse for my wife's injury, no apology, or any offer for a discount or any other type of compensation. She just seems preoccupied with preparing for the next day's breakfast. Terrible experience.

Pool picture showed hot tub and pool seemed larger than it was. Hot tub was out of order and had been covered for quite some time. Basic cable available but no guide. Wifi connection was spotty at best. Over all stay was ok, expected a little more space in the room and better pool area.

What you would expect from a budget hotel. A bit dated but clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our pit stop. Staff were helpful and friendly. Included breakfast window is short (6-9am) and there isn’t much seating, which was challenging with a young family. Recommended for an inexpensive place to stay in Moncton!

Chambre pas super propre trouvé de grand cheveux et bleuets par terre mais draps propres et matelas confortable! Déjeuner restait plus grand choses malgré tôt à l’ouverture j’ai dû manger 2 bout de saucisse et une dizaine de patates car plus d’œuf! Apparemment mon frère a vus des gens qui était stationné tout près de l’hôtel en VR venir au buffet ! Donc restait rien pour ceux qui ont payé! Très déçu! Pas vu personne venir voir si il manquait quoi que ce soit pour le déjeuner!

Room was disgusting! Checked in at around 4:30ish and checked out around 11:30ish. Staff were very understanding and apologetic. I had absolutely no issues with the staff. Very friendly and understanding to the situation. Spoke with Michelle the manager who was also very understanding, apologetic and kind. Staff were great. They’re addressing the issue with the leaning staff. I don’t need to go into details.

Très bien, la chambre est propre et bien insonorisée. Un bon petit déjeuner de compris par contre la salle est un peu petite pour l'achalandage. Le personnel très gentil!

The only problem I had was with the door lock on my room, I had to get them flashed on a daily basis and the. Staff said it was probably the battery in the mechanism but for some reason no one ever tried to fix it lol

This hotel is a bit dated but sparkling clean with great amenities and a delicious breakfast included in the rate. It was very busy with families but overall quiet. Comfy sleep, lovely deep bathtub, fridge in room. Pool, parking, snack shop with beer and wine at front desk. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

It's fine if you want to save a few bucks for Magic Mountain. The room was fairly clean, and the breakfast was good, but the seating area is tiny and fills up quickly. The pool is probably the smallest pool I've ever seen in a hotel and the pool area was dirty.
