The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes.

The hotel is a ten-minute drive from the ancient city, but it is very quiet at night. Hotel employee Juan Victor helped me contact the travel agency many times in Spanish and was very patient!

Absolutely amazing accommodation in Cusco, on a quiet street with great staff and amenities. The rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was great and also homemade by the wonderful Karina and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. Taxis are always available in the area and would cost you less than $2 so don’t worry about location. The great value for price - would definitely recommend to anyone!

Hotel muito aconchegante, local silencioso, de carro até a plaza de armas era cerca de 5min. O banheiro apenas que era um pouco ruim por não ter local para pendurar toalhas, era muito apertado. O café da manhã é básico, porém gostoso.

HELLO, book 7 nights in april 26th , i liked the location ( away from the traffic and crowded areas) property was well maintained and the staff was super friendly and helpful , i would like to meantion all the stuff for their kindness , the only thing negative would be the dog barking , the windows are not insulated , over all we liked it ..

The hotel and staff are nice and they provide tea outside your room. The room is clean and nice. No breakfast until 7am so I wasn’t able to eat it either day since I had to leave before then for my tour and the airport. They did provide me a bag with a bologna sandwich, apple and water. Not near the Plaza De Armes or most restaurants or shopping. There is no included shuttle service. They arrange pickup/dropoff from a taxi. I paid 35 sol for pickup and 20 sol to be dropped off (tried to charge me 35- was supposed to be 15). Lots of dogs in the neighborhood so it wasn’t quiet at night. If you go exploring take a battery backup for your phone as street signs are not marked well and I got lost when my phone died.

The hotel is nice and the staff are nice, but it is far from the Plaza Del Armes. I tried to walk and got lost on the way back when my phone died. It isn’t around other hotels. I stayed here 2 nights, but sadly I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast either day since it doesn’t start until 7am. For a hotel catering to tourists visiting Machu Picchu, that is late. The staff told me the first day I could get breakfast early, but the next morning they said they had a bag lunch (bologna sandwich, apple and water). I got the same thing the second morning. An earlier breakfast would have been nice! The shuttle to the airport isn’t free. I had to pay 35 sol to be picked up (they await with a sign) and another 20 (was told it was 15 but the taxi driver tried to charge me 35 again before lowering to 20) to get dropped off at the airport. Basically the hotel calls the taxi for you. Beware of taxi drivers trying to charge you the tourist rate (as happened to me). My taxi driver for the return trip to the airport didn’t come initially and had to be called a second time and came about 15-20 minutes late. The tea on each floor was nice. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood, so it unfortunately wasn’t quiet at night. Overall, not bad for the price, but the lack of an early breakfast and taxi issues made it less enjoyable.

This hotel had the most helpful staff I have came across and it has great amenities and the room was perfect.

Torre Dorada is an excellent find for our stay at Cusco. Our group is having 6, all of us felt the same that surprisingly best accommodation we had in PERU for our 10 days trip. Clean rooms with great breakfast are what we liked much. Hotel manager Darwin is great to arrange fresh avocado, mangoes and orange juice in the breakfast. Entire staff is excellent in service. Happy to find this facility.

Small place and soo cozy! Loved everything about it! Not too close to the plaza and only 5 mins way in uber. Super quiet and clean! The staff super polite and helpful! I would stay there again and again!

Nice location. Very very friendly and accommodating staff. Great ambience. Every floor has its own lobby with library type ambience. Very nice. Neat and clean. Only 1 concern ie., 5 electrical wall sockets around bed, each of which had 2 plugs ie out of total 10 plugs.. only 1 plug (farthest one) was working, rest 9 don't work !! Thus the room heater given in room wasn't of any use because the plug in it's reach has no power. There are night lamps on both side of bed, but there was no switch for it (nor it's touch operated, nor the socket to which it was plugged had power). It was 1 short night stay, so we managed. Hopefully this is one off such room (or maybe there was a master switch somewhere i wasn't able to find). Rest everything was great for a night stay.
