Es un hotel antiguo renovado, cómodo, mucho ruido, área em construcción, al check-in poco amable la funcionaria, recibimos una habitación de discapacitados, no se por que es frecuente que nos asignen siempre este tipo.

Not impressed. Our room was dirty and the hotel wanted $100 for early check-in even though the rooms were ready. Worse, some friends were charged this fee and others weren’t - super inconsistent and frustrating.

We stumbled upon the Grand Mercure completely by chance just walking in, looking for a spa that wasn't there anymore and ended up falling in love with it instantly. The front desk team was so warm, welcoming, and full of good energy that we decided to spend our last two nights in São Paulo there, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip. The entire atmosphere felt so inviting and comfortable, and the hospitality was next-level. And the restaurant… wow. I don’t know who the chef is, but they put their whole heart (and foot, in the best way) into the food every dish was spectacular. This is the kind of place that makes you feel at home while still feeling like you’re on a special getaway. I’d absolutely come back again without hesitation.

We enjoyed everything the hotel in general I would like to mention the front desk Piero , he was great , very polite , knowledgeable, we will be back for sure ! 5 stars !

I had booked with breakfast through wotif but the property declined this saying this was not the case even though i showed them my wotif booking. Staff were unhelpful and rude.

Razoável. Roupa de cama cheirando cigarro. Maçaneta da porta enguiçou. Box sem nada para segurar. Parece q ar condicionado não tinha ciclo quente e quarto mt frio.
