Bed very 80s springy but very clean pillows ok-ish room size good shower very small had to leave door open toiletries 3 tiny wrapped soaps very wonky hotel lol outdated decor room quite clean but outdated but need to dust behind tv and clean behind toilet and sink very bad! Entertainment decent as expected very hot though no aircon seating needs updating very worn staff friendly helpfully breakfast ok hot but basic cooked breakfast cereal toast yogurt tinned fruit was parking £7.50 a day. Water feature on entry needs cleaning updating could be made more welcoming. Wouldn't stay again definitely a 2 star accommodation cheap and cheerful! View ok as sea view but blocked both ways by other hotels as this one set back. Location good walking distance from town etc 2 lifts but very slow tea coffee facilities good. Games room to hot to go in when we stayed.

Well upgraded our room before arriving, shower/toilet was dirty and looks as though had not been modernised in about thirty years,view from window was scaffolding and could not open window more than two inches also room looked as though it had not been decorated in about 40 years. Now onto hotel outside looks shabby inside there’s paint and wallpaper peeling off walls also dirty hallways/ lobby’s. Now onto booking after booking and paying received an email next day to inform us that parking was £30 and breakfast was £10.60 per head which was very poor at best so all in all probably one of if the worst hotel iv ever stayed in.

Friendly helpful staff, my room was ok Very Noisy From outside the Bathroom was needing a Extremely Modern Makeover it was was a Terrible Bathroom one the Worst I have ever seen. Apart from that all was good a pleasant stay

Room was clean but mattress uncomfortable. Food was lovely and staff very helpful.

The room was spotless, staff were a fabulous team, evening entertainment was fantastic,and breakfast was amazing. A little tired looking in places but they are clearly on with it.

Breakfast was chaotic, took over 20 mins to bring out more bacon, other than this good stay.

Excellent food great breakfast nice location good value place to stay

Room was clean,tidy and practacle if somewhat dated. However for the price it was fine. Breakfast was good old fry up! Plenty of choice and very edible. Overall, good value for a basic bed and breakfast hotel.

Had a lovely four day break I am disabled and I took my own mobile scooter can get access through back door I would ask staff for measurements the doorif you’re bringing a bigger mobile scooter because mine is quite small the lifts are a good size. I think they do have rooms downstairs but please checkfood was excellent you will not be disappointed lovely location I had a wonderful holiday thank you very much to all this Tiffany staff

Good breakfast Parking very good

Overall a good stay; great location, fantastic staff, great entertainment, ok food. Down sides - beds not the most comfortable, one of our creaked with ever slight movement; shower cubicle too small for shower fitting - needs to be double the size for a rainfall shower particularly with the types of tap fittings; corridors/bedrooms need a lick of paint; breakfast could do with more choices - little/no fresh fruit, no pastries/pancakes/crumpets, coffee machine & juice machine very muddled up!

Showers were cold at times. Boiler problems.

Sitting in reception, as couldn’t get a seat in bar, roof was leaking in several places with numerous buckets in place, ceilings damaged and ingress obviously been going on a while, not what you want when your trying to chill. Lad behind reception when asked if it was safe, was yeah, however after I challenged this as we had our granddaughter with is, we were told to move
