Only stayed one night. The staff was great, room was clean and I loved the outdoor smoking area.

Our stay was fine. The room was clean, beds were comfy. The pillows weren’t great.

The room was clean. The wifi didn’t work well. We asked for a room close to my sister and given one very far away.

Rooms were clean. Staff friendly and always wiling to help.

Amazing will stay again but the mattress is not great. Needs updating but everything else was amazing. No desk to work at for business but there’s a bar stool at kitchen counter. Location was fantastic. Restaurants stores walking distance. Hopefully the mattresses will get updated. Our actuallly sweated every time you moved!

The whole experience we had was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Having restaurants attached to the hotel was really convenient.

Great staff nice and clean

The hotel was clean and maintained. The location is fantastic—super convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, and attractions. One of the highlights was the hot tub, which was surprisingly deep and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The check in was great. Breakfast is not included but Denny's in next door. Parking is outdoors but free. Rooms were clean but are starting to look a bit dated for the price.

Check in was quick and easy. However, the hotel itself is getting run down. Rooms are very small. There was hair in the bathtub which was disgusting. Chair in room was filthy.

Staff was kind and attentive. Parking was easy and there were enough spots. Unfortunately the rooms are sprayed with febreeze or some other strong synthetic smelly spray. It gave me a headache and an asthma attack. We left the window open for hours. You could still smell it in the morning when we checked out. No consideration for those with chemical sensitivities was distressing. There were no rooms available that would not have also been sprayed to change to. The property was mostly clean but some areas were noticeably not. The light fixtures in the room and others in the hotel were dusty. The light fixtures hanging at the front desk have dusty webs and are dirty and streaked. The mirror in the elevator was a mess. The middle elevator is sketchy (door not closing or opening all the way, loud scraping noises) so if this makes you nervous avoid the middle one. The pool is small but the hot tub is actually hot and nice and deep.

The 15 dollar credit for food at the 3 restaurants on the property is great. Having multiple choices of places to eat and close access to the freeway is awesome.
