Check in was quick and easy. However, the hotel itself is getting run down. Rooms are very small. There was hair in the bathtub which was disgusting. Chair in room was filthy.

Staff was kind and attentive. Parking was easy and there were enough spots. Unfortunately the rooms are sprayed with febreeze or some other strong synthetic smelly spray. It gave me a headache and an asthma attack. We left the window open for hours. You could still smell it in the morning when we checked out. No consideration for those with chemical sensitivities was distressing. There were no rooms available that would not have also been sprayed to change to. The property was mostly clean but some areas were noticeably not. The light fixtures in the room and others in the hotel were dusty. The light fixtures hanging at the front desk have dusty webs and are dirty and streaked. The mirror in the elevator was a mess. The middle elevator is sketchy (door not closing or opening all the way, loud scraping noises) so if this makes you nervous avoid the middle one. The pool is small but the hot tub is actually hot and nice and deep.

The 15 dollar credit for food at the 3 restaurants on the property is great. Having multiple choices of places to eat and close access to the freeway is awesome.

The front desk staff was amazing and helped me get checked in very quickly. Nice property with the additional restaurants.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The middle elevator is moaning and groaning and is kind of questionable.

Hotel was nice and staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and looked ok until you got close. Paint, carpeting, wall repairs were not well done.

Stephanie at the front desk is professional and greeted me pleasantly as I approached to check in. She made the check out process easy as well.

Room was ok. Space was maintained but not super clean. We had a two night stay where the last night they hosted a party. There was loud music from well before 8 pm - 10:30 pm. We could hear the music from the first floor to the 4th floor. Floors vibrating and loud music consistently. When mentioned to the staff they said it was being handled. Then a call around 9 pm when they stated it was being handled. The music did not shut off until after 10:30 pm that night. We then mentioned it at check out and we were brushed off and told it wasn’t there problem. The lady then picked up the ringing phone and didn’t finish the conversation. Disregarding anything we had to say.

Room - Fair. The king size bed was good. Pool and hot tub was nice. Nice location - close to shopping centre and main roads.

Room service was super fast which was great! Parking was easy and the location is very convenient. The only downside was there was no option to use streaming services on the TVs. Good ol' fashioned cable. The rooms we booked said they were pet friendly. When we got there, the other group we were traveling with had to downgrade their room because the other room was too fancy. After calling the head office they were moved to the initial room we booked. Frustrating that it was not clearly indicated on Expedia that only specific rooms were pet friendly.

The room was very nice. The amenities are great with an excellent Moxies. Also Denny’s but didn’t get to use it to this time. Good shops around and pretty easy to get to all routes in Calgary. Will use again.

My experience at front desk was exceptional. I was exhausted and probably slightly annoying with my jokes and yet was humoured and happy with the service. Went for dinner in Moxies and staff there was also so lovely. Will stay again for sure

I always stay here when down in Calgary for business, super convenient location with easy access to arterial roads and a great selection of restraunts on site.
