Lovely place in a charming town with lots to see and eat!

Merci dioni hotel we realy had à Lovely stay!

It was a bit hectic trying to locate the hotel...even with GPS...due to all the 1-ways. We ended up finding a parking spot on the street a few blocks away, walking to the hotel, then taking our car back to the hotel where there was parking in the back. We paid for a Jr. Suite, and we specifically asked for it to be on a quiet side of the hotel away from road noise...and we ended up on the noisiest side of the hotel (back side) with constant motorcycle and car traffic. So we requested a change of room from the gentleman at reception, and were told the hotel was full. I persisted indicating I had made (and paid for) the reservation months prior and had specifically asked for a quiet room. He ended up finding a small room that had somewhat less noise (no refund in price). I also had VIP status for a free bottle of wine...which I had to ask him for. I still rated this 4 star as it was in a good location, good condition, and had parking, good breakfast. Note: had to use the wi-fi in the lobby as it did not work in our room.

The bathtub/shower could have a curtain or glass panel to prevent all the water from spraying on the bathroom floor.

Sauberes Zimmer und hervorragende Lage. Auch hervorragende Infrastruktur.

Bokade för en natt i Preveza innan flyg hem. Perfekt läge på hotellet mitt i staden nära restauranger och hamnen. Lugnt och skönt. God frukost och sköna sängar Hotellet var snyggt, men kändes lite oengagerat. Receptionisten var inte speciellt serviceminded, kändes som om man besvärade henne när man kom. Däremot tjejen som hjälpte till och skötte baren och hämtade handdukar till oss var jättetrevlig och serviceminded. Poolen var helt ok, men vid denna tid på året (slutet av september) var det få solplatser runt poolen. Parkering intill hotellet om man kör bil, jättebra. Kan rekommendera hotellet för en kortare vistelse.

The pool closed at 8 so they could run the sweeper in it… why wouldn’t you run that when people where sleeping. The shower leaked all over the floor and then apparently dripped into the lower floor and then the front desk man comes to our door very late at night and bangs in the door to wake us up and ask if we were running water. Also it is not soundproofed rooms at all and when breakfast started at 6:30am the scraping of the chairs above us was horrible. Also it lists a laundry service in the hotel and that is not at all correct . So we needed laundry after sailing 2 weeks and then going again… had to drag a suitcase with dirty clothes to a laundry service. The bed was comfortable but the a/c didn’t keep up all night. So all in all never again.
