Check in pukul 4 dan semua staff sangat membantu (reception, concierge, restaurant). Ambience hotel bagus, namun kamar tidak lebih bagus seperti di Fairmont Jakarta (furniture terkesan tua). Prayer Room di lantai S2 khususnya bagian wanita sangat nyaman jika tidak bisa ke masjid. Bisa melihat Masjidil Haram dengan jelas. Sayangnya bagian Kaabah sedang tertutup oleh renovasi.

Staff at front desk needs more training. While attended my issue she entertained other guests’ request. She left her place to get things done for others. Staff should attend to guest until the end. My luggage bags were not send to my room. After more than one hour waiting for the bags I went down personally to carry my bags. One of the staff at the luggage store helped me to bring the bags to my room. It's not month of ramadhan and this unattended bag request should not happened.

Bagus banget, pelayannya bisa membersihkan kamar tiap hari, jarak ke haram sangat dekat karena ada di Zamzam Tower.

Nyaman banget ada lift yang langs keharam.

Stafnya ramah-ramah. Fast respon, akses ke mesjidil haram sangat dekat.

Hotel dengan pemandangan terbaik sedunia, langsung view-nya Ka'bah. Kamar residential suites view Ka'bah ini sangat luar biasa, cocok sekali bawa keluarga. Breakfast-nya pun beda kalau kita pilih kamar ini, harusnya di M2 kalau breakfast, nah khusus residential suites breakfast-nya di lantai 29, restoran yang view langsung Masjidil Haram dan sebagian Ka'bah serta kota Mekkah yang luar biasa, Jabal Nur pun kelihatan, pokoknya hotel terbaik di Mekkah 👍.

Good for service and facility. Location very strategic.

Bagus sekali sekali sayang proses check in nya super lama. Bayangkan 1 orang bisa makan waktu hampir 45 menit. Sedang kami butuh waktu 2 jam. Alasan kamar belum siap.

It was amazing from the front desk so kind and the room were so perfect.
