The hotel provides good services, the staff provides different help whenever you need. The breakfast has variety of food. The swimming pool is also nice. The hotel was so generous to give me a free bottle of red wine. Welcome drinks and snacks are provided. I found the refrigerator has water to come out, the staff handled it quickly. However, there are some points to improve. First, the WIFI was out of services for a long time. Second, the hotel mentioned in the website that free lunch and dinner will be provided but the staff said they were not included in the room charges. Maybe, My room is a lower price one. I don't know whether I misunderstood the "free lunch and dinner". The check in process is a bit too long, I have to stay in the lobby without air con, and it was quite hot. Overall, it is a good hotel with reasonable price , though some improvements are needed, I recommend tourists to stay in this hotel because the value per dollar is quite high.

Good location near to the old market and pub street.Cleaning and warm feeling bedroom. Complimentary Delicious food and a great massage. This is an exotic design hotel with warming feeling. When we arrived they served us with a beautiful welcome drink and snack, then detailly told me about all services and locations about the hotel. They served us with a complimentary breakfast, lunch, dinner, massage, tick out snack and pick up service to airport. The bedroom is cleaning and with complete toiletries and the desk served with fresh fruit and the bed spread with fresh lotus flower. A cleaning and wonderful designed swimming pool is pretty good. To be honestly, I feel they made all services with heart and we all satisfied and had nothing to complaint.

I had a great experience here. My fd and 1stayed 5 nights. The hotel provided 1 free lunch, 1 free dinner, 2 hrs massage each person and snack for take away. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, relaxing environment...The last night they made special decoration of the room which very suprising :) Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the old market and many fine dining restaurants. The hotel staff are nice and always with smile. You feel warm when you stay in this hotel.

酒店設計精緻，泳池環境環美，早餐款式較少，房間洗手間太细，建議訂泳池房景，因向民居房景太近，令人有不舒服感覺。

Nice welcome snack and drinks, and fruit platter in the room. unexpected we hv free massage service and a fine dining which is all included in the room price. this should be one of the best hotel service I ever had. every staff is nice and helpful. one staff even go airport with us to ensure we get there and everythings alright.

酒店位置很方便, 門口已是大街, 附近亦有24小時便利商店商店。入住過程順暢, 迎賓飲品一流！不到1000元的房間, 但包早餐、水療按摩、晚餐還有外出小食提供, 而且還包括接送服務！服務態度非常好！貼心週到的安排！相信這間酒店已成為我到暹粒市入住的首選！

我们入住时还送了1小时双人spa,一份打包走的小吃，还有自助晚餐，酒店虽小，但五脏俱全，是个很不错的酒店，喜欢，下次还会选这个品牌

地点很不错，离老市场和酒吧街步行不多久就到了。工作人员很热情，服务各方面都还是不错的，大半夜的机场接送也都很靠谱。不过还是有提升空间，比如房间设施还是略显陈旧，房间内的插座实在太少了，而且都在比较远的地方比如门边，顺手的床边就没有插座。整体来说还是一次不错的体验

整体服务都很满意，订车，饮食和按摩都很不错。就是离市场不是很近，需要TUTU过去，门口在修路，灰层较多。

從入住的迎賓點心，到飯店人員接待都非常的舒適與貼心，飯店的服務也很周到。 我們入住兩天，除了附早餐之外，還贈送了一餐(午晚任選)以及免費的按摩(一小時)，覺得非常的划算!!! check out前填寫了房內的意見卡，回來後就收到飯店寄來的mail詢問入住狀況，非常在乎住客的感受，要去吳哥旅遊的非常推薦入住這間飯店!!!CP值超高!!!

The hotel staff are nice and helpful. They serve us drink, snack and fruit after a day trip or swimming. They take good care of our stay. They are very helpful to arrange day tour for us and tips of travelling.
