The heater in room is not working, the temperature was too hot. The room is clean and comfy. I don’t know about the rules in this hotel, but the bellboy ask tip when he brought our bag (i think tip is not a must even though you will give to them because he already helped you). The location is very strategic in Xian

The hotel was very nice but the heater at the room so hot and we can’t make it lower so we felt so uncomfortable, I already complained to receptionist but she just say sorry. The weather in xian was very cold outside and need heater in the room but if your room temperature in 30 degrees how do you feel? Please check again.

Hotel yang di rekomendasikan banget buat yang mau ke Qian. Central from everything apalagi ke muslim street my favorit place cuma 10 menit saja jalan kaki value of money juga, Bersih juga pokoknya kalau mau ke Qian ke ramada hotel saja deh mantul.

Kamar luas, bersih, modern. 4 menit ke muslim quarter, dengan dengan Qian railway station. dekat dengan halte bus.

Lokasinya bagus, makanan halal di tempat berdekatan, layanan top!

Very well located and walking distance to Bell and Drum Tower and Xian Metro station.

Nice hotel to stay. Look like 5 stars hotel. The staff helpful. Location wise ok. 5 minutes walk to muslim street and 3 minutes walk to nearest subway station. Room ok, just the a/c not cool enough and the carpet need to change. It is dirty. Anyhow....it is a good and nice hotel to stay.
