After a very welcoming and smooth check-in I settled on to a most comfortable room (which incidentally was serviced daily during my one week stay). The breakfast was outstanding and really set me up for a day exploring the area. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance and a very good bus service (even offering a reduction to English and Scottish bus pass holders).

Lovely place to stay, great breakfast and spotlessly clean

Great location and we were lucky to park right outside. Room very clean with comfy beds. Family room with sea view. Ideally located to explore Llandudno. The best thing in my opinion is the breakfast if you like a ‘full Welsh’! Lovely selection of fruits and cereals to start too. Would definitely recommend.

We were greeted on arrival by the lovely owner. Given a choice of rooms so we could be close together with our friends. Rooms were clean warm spacious and inviting. Slept well. Would definitely book again if we come back. We had a lovely day and night In Llandudno Breakfast was excellent fabulous choice and tasty food. 10/10 from us all.

Stayed in room for 3 and very spacious. Lovely, warm welcome from Sue, very informative. Room was spotless, hospitality tray was plentiful and plenty of choice. Lots of nice little touches in the room.

The room was very comfortable and the chocolates, tea, coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch. We got a very warm welcome on our arrival. The breakfast was fabulous. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in a perfect location. Thank you for a lovely stay and we can’t wait to return again soon 😊

Easy online check in. Sue was waiting to meet us on arrival, even watched my car while we unloaded. Lovely clean room, comfortable and inviting. The room we had was small but had everything we needed for one night. Excellent breakfast with ample choice even for the most picky eater! All in all a lovely place to stay and would definitely go back. Thank you Beach House x

The hotel is in a great location for a stay in Llandudno. We were welcomed at the property and the room albeit cozy was clean and tidy. Breakfast was included, which was basic but a welcome addition to the booking.

Had a lovely week here with my wife and daughter. We had a large room at the front which had a double and single bed and a lovely onsuite bathroom. We also had a lovely sea view from our window. The owner was very pleasant and lovely to talk to. Smashing cooked breakfast every morning and a nice and relaxed atmosphere all round. Would easily stay there again :-)
