I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.

Fantastisk opphold! Så god service og hyggelige folk. Utrolig deilig rom, vi sov godt og det var rolig og kjølig. Føltes veldig rent.

Personnel particulièrement à l'écoute et disponible. L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé, avec un accès métro juste en face. La chambre et les prestation sont top, juste le bar en rénovation n'est pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations.

Was an okay stay but Right on the street

Staff is super friendly and helpful . The hotel is very clean. There is not much privacy when it comes to the bathroom area. It’s open glass so you feel a bit awkward if you’re traveling with someone. The rooms are very spacious and we had two rooms that had a joint door, which was great . Hotel is in a great location and the hamburger joint across the street is absolutely insane. The best burgers I’ve had.

Das SANA Hotel ist insgesamt gut, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundlicher Service, Zimmer sind recht stylisch, aber zum Teil unpraktisch (z.B. eher schlechte Lichtverhältnisse im Zimmer, unpraktische einheitliche Schiebetür Bad/Dusche, fehlende Vorhänge am Fenster (nur Rollos vorhanden), Schrankfächer relativ wenig vorhanden

Fabulous room which had two bedrooms two bathrooms lounge and kitchen. Perfect for family stay. Near the zoo within 10 minute walk. Lovely and clean Only disappointed by the restaurant and bar as very limited and unable to sit outside after 10pm for a drink

Quick walk to Zoo and Tiergarten and Buses 100 and 200 are convenient. The front desk staff were great - very helpful when the coffee machine wasn’t working.

Das Bett war viel zu schmal mit 1,60m. Leider nur eine Decke für 2 Personen. Wir bekamen zuerst ein Barrierefreihes Zimmer, welches uns überhaupt nicht zusagte, da es an ein Krankenhauszimmer erinnerte. Nach kurzer Beschwerde erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer und einen Gutschein für 2 Getränke für die Umstände. Die Schiebetür im Bad ist sehr schwergängig und die auf der Toilette schließt nicht richtig. Wenn man Privatsphäre benötigt, ist dies unangenehm. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, egal ob Rezeption, Bar oder Frühstücksservice. Das war TOP! Sehr gutes Frühstück.
