Nice breakfast and modern room. Hotel parking space not enough. I need to park my car in another car park which is almost 10 minutes from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.

Do not go to this hotel for the spa! It is tiny. There were no staff members keeping it tidy on either day we visitied. Kids screaming - despite the signs and so many towels used and not cleared up it was not a pleasant experience - especially as the photos make it look so inviting. - Don't be fooled by the photos! It really is small and not worth it. Also the pool is cold. Lastly we stayed in room 418 and all we could smell coming for the aircon vents in the hallway just outside our room was a mixture of weed and smoke. We reported this to the front of house team but it didnt do any good.

Deluxe double room was great, shower was particularly good. Staff were all friendly and couldn’t help you enough. Breakfast choice was great and delicious.

I generally had a good stay. The room is big with decent amenities, and the service is good. However, I felt that both the rooms and the spa area didn't quite live up to the photos. The pool is very narrow (maybe 1m wide), so it's only enough for one person. The room was also more basic than I was expecting, given that it is billed as luxury. Nonetheless, I would recommend the hotel.

I stayed a few years in a row and is a good hotel. Was let down as air con wasn’t working in my room and had to chase to get fix which wasn’t. I had to offer solution of a fan so a little let down. Everything else was good and easy stay.

I had a delightful stay at the Sana and very much appreciated the kind upgrade to a suite. They are working hard to refine the guest experience, and it's working - attention to details like the beautiful and comfortable furniture in the conservatory, the completely reimagined lobby and even the menu headings in the restaurant matching perfectly the green of the surrounding foliage. The breakfast has had a makeover, too, with interesting new elements appearing. Highly recommend!

Fint og centralt placeret hotel i gåafstand fra Kurfürstendamm, Gedächtniskirche og Tiergarten. Venligt personale, fin morgenmadsbuffet, rimelig ugeneret beliggenhed på mindre befærdet gade. Vi havde en familielejlighed med god plads og eget køkken. Bemærkninger: Sengen var hård - det passer ikke alle. Lidt spøjs indretning med form over funktion - skuffer gemt bag skabslåger. Elektriske persienner der tog lang tid at rulle ned og op - ej 1-tryksbetjent. Pool og fitness faciliteter - fine men ikke særligt rummelige. Det trælse: ryger-terasse placeret med udgang lige ved morgenmadsbuffet - megen trafik ud og ind både af gæster og personale (dør står åbent meget af tiden) - der stank af røg i hele lokalet ved flere lejligheder. Døren burde absolut holdes lukket, når der serveres mad! Overordnet: Glimrende udgangspunkt for et besøg i Berlin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SALAN Berlin Hotel. The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants, shopping, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The pillows and bedding were exceptional, and the thick, plush towels were a welcome luxury—something that can be surprisingly difficult to find while traveling throughout Europe. One of the highlights was the large, modern shower. After spending a month traveling across Europe, we especially appreciated the consistently hot water and strong water pressure, which are not always guaranteed. It made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend SALAN Berlin Hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

The staff were lovely, really welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with our first room allocation, it smelled like cigarette smoke, the staff at the front desk swapped us to a different room with no issues at all. The second room was great. I think the hotel is showing a few signs of age, chips and wearing on woodwork, but over all looks good. The wellness facilities are a nice touch, it was a nice way to wind down after a stressful day of travel. The breakfast was exceptional. Really very good. Huge variety of a high quality options, even gluten free breads and cereals which came as a welcome surprise to my gluten intolerant partner. Different milk options too. I couldn't fault it.

We had a great stay at the SANA Berlin Hotel and loved our room. The balcony was a highlight, and I would definitely recommend requesting a room with one. Our check-in experience was excellent thanks to Farzan, who was super nice and helpful and got us settled in easily. We added breakfast to our stay and it was great. I would absolutely get it again. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to do. We did not end up using the pool or sauna, but we looked at them, and it was great that the hotel offered those amenities. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lovely clean modern hotel, very good location for public transport, very helpful and friendly staff. We used two connecting rooms for a family of four, but I understand they have apartment options too. Good indoor spa and pool facilities. EXCELLENT Breakfast. Overall nothing to complain about.

A fantastic hotel, with a fabulous breakfast. SANA Berlin provided a calm space to relax in after busy days sightseeing in Berlin. We also had two very spacious interconnecting rooms, sold as a family room. Perfect for us and our teenagers. Great transport options close to the hotel and it was easy transfer to and from the airport. We would happily stay again.
