I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.

O hotel é luxuoso, bem localizado. Quartos grandes, novos, limpos. Hotel perfeito. Equipe atenciosa. Excelente café da manhã. Foi uma excelente opção em Berlim. Super perto de uma estação de metrô.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel room was really neat and fancy. Staff were kind. The breakfast was great. Nearby places to eat out as well. Has an indoor pool and sauna with a small gym room.

Set in one of the quieter parts of the city yet 5 minutes stroll from the best shopping Berlin has to offer. Close to underground stations for easy transport the Sana is a smart modern hotel with excellent facilities, spacious, well equipped rooms and beautiful reception and bar. Very helpful staff and a free welcome drink and pastries in the room on arrival was a nice touch.

Mycket fräsch frukost med gott bröd och fina pålägg. Småvarmt färsk juice och goda bakverk fanns också! Saunan och poolen använde vi varje dag efter våra cykelturer i stan❤️ vi kommer gärna tillbaka❤️ Anders och Marianne

Obwohl wir bei der Reservierung um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten hatten, erhielten wir eins zur viel befahrenen Straße. Das Schlimmste war, dass dieses Zimmer heiß war und auch die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich funktionierte. Auf unsere Reklamation hin hieß es lapidar, das Hotel wäre ausgebucht und da könne man nichts machen. Immerhin erhielten wir eine Flasche Sekt als Entschädigung. Im Übrigen war das Frühstück richtig gut.

Tolles Hotel als vierköpfige Familie. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum.

Rigtig dejlig hotel med god beliggenhed. Alt i alt er der ikke oget at klage over. Søde og hjælpsomme personale og dejlig morgenmad buffet. Der ligger mange gode spisesteder i nærheden indenfor et km afstand. Der kører tog direkte til og fra Berlin lufthavnen og så kan gå det sidste vej fra tog station til hotellet 650 m. Kan kun anbefales.

Otroligt trevligt personal även om inte alla kunde engelska. Just under vår vistelse hade de problem med acn på rummen. Vi fick byta till nya utan problem.

Bra frokost i hyggelig lokaler. Valget å kjøpe frokost hver morgen og det var dyrt, så ville nok sikkert ha vært billigere å kjøpe med frokost når man bestilte rom.

The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms were very neat and nice. The breakfast was also really good and had bottled water and bananas for the half marathon runners. We wanted to sit in the nice courtyard, but it was full of wape smoke and the lobby had the same problem because smokers were often standing right outside the main entrance. My car got a dent while parked in the garage (no note left), but the video surveillance did not capture the incident. But over all, still a very nice hotel.
