This message concerns my recent stay at The Charlee Hotel in Medellín, Colombia.
I was required to leave the property earlier than planned after contracting Covid-19. At the time of departure, the front desk manager assured me that I would receive a refund for my final night. However, Expedia has informed me that they have been unable to reach anyone at the hotel who will honor this commitment.
I kindly request that the refund for the unused night be processed as promised.
