Nice place to stay

干净舒适早餐丰富，好！

很舒適的飯店也很乾淨，價格合理.飯店附近還有很多超市.下次來還要再選擇入住此飯店.

Good hotel, comfortable room and close to the airport.

Gutes Frühstück, schöner Biergarten

We loved how easy it was to take the S Bahn and walk across the path to the hotel. It could not be easier/shorter distance. Nicely maintained hotel. Lovely proximity to walk down Main Street of Echterdingen. In general the room was clean and comfortable with general amenities. Except the AC was not working and it was roasting in our room. We called the front desk as soon as we checked in and they told us just to wait, it takes time…we sweated through the night. The next day a German friend we were visiting called the front desk when she learned we had no AC. They told her they had some technical problems and would put a fan in our room for our second night. Somehow the AC in the lobby was working. In a hotel that size, were there really no rooms to move us to with functioning AC?

That was one of my worst experiences! No A/C in warm summer, and the reception said only half the ventilation was working, which I honestly don't get. They offered a fan, but said I had to come down to reception to get it! No one to bring it in a hotel like that? When I was at reception, two hotel staff were just sitting there, not to mention the people they probably had for room service and stuff. Opening the window in a hotel room facing the train station wasn't an option either. Hotels, even hostels, with much cheaper prices offer better service. At least their ACs work in mid-summer, or if you need something, the staff doesn't tell you to come down and get it yourself.

Very clean room and great breakfast

This was my second time using the hotel. The hotel and staff is great. This time thought, the A/C system was not working. which made the stay not the level I was used to.

Great stay again at the hotel. Everything is fine. Staff are friendly, breakfast is excellent, and room is great. Only big minus this time was that the air condition was not able to cope with the heat. We had to open the windows, but since it was so hot outside it was very warm during the night. If they fix the air con, 5 stars are deserved.

Super hotel, dicht bij de beurs. Je moet geluk hebben met de prijzen. Ontbijt is fantastisch. Het enige minpunten is in het inchecken via een ipad. Dit kan lang duren. Sommige personeelsleden zijn een tikkeltje geïrriteerd als je, op hun vraag of alles in orde was, eerlijk zegt wat er niet i.O. was.

Wie immer toll. Bin beruflich öfter dort es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück ist, wenn man es sich gönnen möchte, hervorragend!

Das Putzpersonal war leider nicht sehr freundlich und es hat ziemlich lange gedauert bis wir frische Handtücher bekommen haben

We were at an exhibition so every was very convenient. We were very happy with everything. We would stay again but unfortunately you are already full for the next exhibition we will be visiting in Sept.
