Nice view

Perfect location, nice spacious rooms,

Infelizmente o frigobar era muito barulhento, tive que tirar da tomada, para ter uma noite boa de sono. O restante era bom.

Fantástico, muito feliz com tudo , o café da manhã então estava sensacional…!

I loved the lake view from our room, the amenities were amazing and the convenient restaurant inside the hotel with great pizza was a plus.

Best hotel

Dormi no hotel ao chegar em Confins. Segui para Cidades Históricas. Tem uma pizzaria muito boa anexa ao hotel. Fica aberta até mais tarde e, por isso, mesmo chegando tarde, conseguimos jantar lá. Nota 10!

The property has good potential — comfortable beds, a convenient location, and responsive staff. However, our arrival this time was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned — sheets and pillowcases were dirty/stained, the bathroom was unkept, the faucet was dirty, and the shower only had hot water. To their credit, after we reported it, the staff responded promptly with a proper cleaning, added a TV to the twin bedroom, and left an apology note in our room, which we appreciated. We spent the day in the pool area, ordered from their menu, and truly enjoyed the food and drinks. All our requests made through the phone extension were met promptly. The staff was respectful and mostly friendly. However, we did receive some side eyes when requesting to use the gym and refill our water bottles at the filter provided there — a minor but noticeable detail. This was our second stay at this property. The first time, we stayed in a different and better room, which left us with a more positive impression. Unfortunately, even though this time we booked what is considered a luxury room, we were not impressed. We will likely try other hotels in the area next time.

Confortável, tudo limpinho, atendimento perfeito

No ato da reserva, estava descrito direto a vaga de estacionamento, no entanto tive que pagar pelo mesmo.

Experiência razoável, estadia estava limpa porém o hotel não possuí acústicas então é possível você ouvir conversar de hóspedes do quarto ao lado, os carros da rua, as camareiras com os carrinhos nos corredores,então se torna uma hospedagem muito barulhenta

Nossa hospedagem em familia no Transamerica Lagoa Santa hotel foi muito boa, otimas condições do apartamento e da estrutura do hotel, limpeza excelente e cordialidade dos funcionários. Cafe da manhã muito bom. Eu recomendo.

Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto com tamanho bom. Pizzaria dentro do saguão do Hotel é prática, mas o barulho incomoda.

O quarto estava com cheiro de água sanitária. Meu marido perdeu uma camisa que amava por ter manchado ao encostar no frigobar, que também estava com água sanitária. O box, sim, precosavade água sanitária, não estava bem limpo. Atendimento no check-in bom, café da manhã bom, quarto com tamanho muito bom. Localização ótima.
