停車方便雖然離鎮中心一小段，但離湖的景點反而比較近，也更安靜。房間也很舒適，很白淨。

The Malaysia staff provided us many useful travel information to us and is extremely helpful.

The room is spacious and clean, and located just few minutes away from the Fox Glacier Heli Hike assembly point. I was arriving late and the reception was closed, however the staff has made good arrangement in advance and I can basically get into my room without much difficulties after a long day drive.

The place is run down with furnishing in need of replacement.

Rooms big and warm, big bathroom

Arrived at 5pm to a note for check-in and never saw any staff at all. The room was basic but tired and in need of updating. There was a musty smell overpowered by a sweet perfume smell. Bedding and towels clean. Good hot shower. Two cups but only one drinking glass and no teaspoons. ‘Fridge noisy and had to turn off. Could hear shower in neighbouring room. No bedside lights meant getting out of bed to put light on/off. The light outside of bedroom window was bright and on all night. Quiet overnight. Overall if you want a cheap bed for the night it’s ok but don’t expect much.

Smelt wet and damp basic facilities would not re ommend staying here as it was empty and unmaintained grounds

No milk supplied, tv no working no signal, thin curtains and extra light left on all night, noisy fridge had to be turned off because of noise therefore useless, no air conditioning glade it was not cold!

Waren dort zwei Nächte. War OK sehr altbacken und Renovierungsbedürftig. Restaurant leider geschlossen. Sauber und alles da was man braucht.

Room had no toaster no microwave or utilities had trouble with tv

Loud drip from somewhere when raining during night kept me awake.(room20).Needed assistance to get tv working.

Would not recommend booking this property if you are planning on traversing hooker valley track as instead of 27km away from this property as stated on their website it is a 6 hr drive as you need to go around the mountain. Property does not take the phone and neither answers emails.

The room we had was great. Very good sound proofing. Spaciou room.Comfortable chairs. Ex bed. Office area was ex. 2 things though - cafe and dining area was closed and our room had only 2 cups, 1 wine glass. Electric jug. No spoons or crockery. Car park weedy and scruffy.

The outside lights were on all night so yhe room was not dark , and some sort of pump or refrigerator unit kept coming on throughout the night, but the place was clean and comfortable.
