good live but room had a little bit old

We stayed a standard room, even room is smaller than my expectation, but I would highly recommed this hotel, as cleanliness, buffet breakfast, staff services are more than standard.

地方整潔,服務人員友善,裝潢擺設有田園風格,唯一是空調十分不足,只有微微的涼風,如果是仲夏的日子,應該很熱...沒有雪櫃...

地点稍偏，但环境很棒，装修也有特色，符合WIDEHOTEL的名字。主动为孩子提供了加床，只是WIFI 不好用，这也是德国酒店常见问题。

真正的森林酒店，出门就是大片的树木，离市中心也只有十分钟车程。酒店的服务、设施都很棒，可以说是超出了我的预期，下次还会考虑住这里。

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, sowohl im Zimmer als auch in allen anderen gemeinsam genutzten Räumen. Super freundliches Personal.

As always my experience was top notch from the service desk, room, and breakfast, the Wald hotel is still the best.

Waldhotel was located in a wonderfully quiet location and the accommodations were good. The room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, aber mit viel Luft nach oben. Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage, es ist sehr warm und die Lüftung alleine reicht nicht. Absolut enttäuscht hat uns das Frühstück, um 9 Uhr war fast alles leer und nicht aufgefüllt. Für 30 Euro muss man das erfüllen. Im Restaurant haben wir 30min auf die Bedienung gewartet um was zu bestellen. Es hat zu wenig Personal. Dieses Personal welches da war, war sehr Unaufmerksam und träge unterwegs. Am Folgetag erlebten wir das gleiche nochmals. Parkplätze aussen gratis, Tiefgarage 15 Euro pro Tag! Wieso das??? Für Hotelgäste sollte auch die TG kostenlos sein.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Haben u s sofort wohlgefühlt. Super das Trinkwasser in den Glaskaraffen mit diversen Inhalten, die gewechselt wurden, im Foyer. Danke für das freundliche Personal

Super Hotel. Preis-Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt

Die Toilette ist viel zu niedrig. Die Vorhänge schmutzig. Das Bad hat nur ein Waschbecken und ist viel zu klein für zwei Personen. Im Restaurant haben Hausgäste keinen Platz.

Lovely property with generous sized & tastefully decorated rooms. Staff at reception & the bar were very helpful & spoke excellent English. Our meal in the bar (club sandwiches) was tasty, fresh & not greasy. The only negative was that for the “comfort” rooms in the heritage part of the property, there is no lift to help with heavy luggage, however a staff member happily took my husband’s luggage upstairs.

The design of the restroom is absolutely terrible. There is no door, small toilet compartment with a non-locking glass door, and glass between the shower and beds. There is no privacy, no noise isolation, and the designer should never design anything again. Only book this if you're traveling alone.
