There was no hot water and our TV in one room didn’t work. The breakfast was disappointing.

Stayed here while on a motorcycle trip. Great service.

Attentive and friendly staff. Separate common kitchen area. Ample parking space and other amenities. The Air conditioner was not usable, it was emitting a very bad odor while operating. So could not use it. The hotel staff did not had any de odorizing spray as well.

Caters to hikers, backpackers, cyclists, people who love the outdoors and want to maintain their gear away from home. We loved the super comfy theater/ meeting room and the shared kitchen.

Nice pool and hot tub room. Also have a movie and games room. Lots of thi gs in this hotel. Older but still working just fine.

Dirty OLD rundown. Advertised a smokehouse restaurant. Upon arrival we find out it’s closed down.

The indoor hot tub was problematic

The stay was great the rooms were clean and very spacious, the only thing I had an issue with is the pool at one end of the Inn and the hot tub at the other so when having kids it was either or not both pther than that is was a great place to stay

No regular coffee in room (not a big deal) Nice quiet facility, nice sauna/hot tub

Didn’t eat but beds comfy. I didn’t like up and down the stairs from separated hot tub and pool areas.

Close to Elk River and Downtown to walk around. Breathtaking views of mountains for monring coffee. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff overall. Had to unplug rattling air conditioner. Carpets could be replaced.

Not a great place for this price!! Breakfast: Expedia mentioned breakfast for this property; however The lodge did not offer breakfast, they do rather breakfast snack such as A muffin, a fruit or a coffee. No eggs, bread, milk, or any other stuff. Swimming Pool: as per hotel policy, they only start after 2 pm and closes early in the evening, that makes no sense as the lodge guests cannot use it. It’s just an eyewash! Restaurant: is non-operational, not knowing the reason. Price: I signed room documents stating a fairly lower price inclusive of Taxes per night roughly two third, while paid higher to Expedia. Not fair!! Feeling cheated!!!! Lodge appears already pricy for the facilities they offered, and Expedia made it worst. From a customer’s perspective you expect better when you pay huge. Additional Comments: paid for 2 similar rooms with Balcony; while I got only 1 room with Balcony. There was around 15% price difference in both rooms when I was booking on Expedia and the same was confirmed by front desk staff. As the Lodge was fully booked, so I had to stay like that. I need the price difference back and some compensation for my inconvenience and false representation done by Expedia.

It was the last room available so we were happy to have it. The morning continental breakfast could be improved with labeling on the muffins as it was hard to tell what type it was and would help with allergy’s. To-go coffee cups would have been welcomed.
