Everything was great

Everything was great, and the service was nice. However, the private hot spring couldn’t be reserved in advance, so we had to wait until checkout to see if it was available. Also, there was no shuttle bus, which isn’t convenient for someone traveling on foot, especially on a rainy day.

到達時，服務員態度非常好，主動幫助提行李，詳細介紹環境，但是到離開的時候，服務員相當冷淡!而且沒有提供協助，幸好行李不是很重。房間保養不足！tatami相當破舊！

住宿設施一流，環境美觀體驗非常好

之前住高山櫻庵,感覺唔錯,唸住深山會係高一級,點知係同lv, 房普通,景普通,食普通,又冇獨立房,服務都只係普通,同價位由布院已經有高級溫泉旅館 Everything is average, room size and facilities are average, food is average, service is average, if you want try high end onsen hotel , you may consider others. The location is great and close to 上高山

The stay was awesome with beautiful room and private onsen. We also enjoyed the public onsen with great scenery!

平湯車站走過去飯店是下坡，步行時間約7分鐘。飯店也有提供接駁車往返平湯車站。 進到大廳前要脫鞋，鞋子統一領取號碼牌，存放在玄關旁的鞋櫃。 公共泡湯池外有免費提供牛奶、咖啡牛奶、鳳梨汁，與養樂多。 晚餐有飛驒和牛，自己燒烤，當天已經要求加炭火了，但是的炭火還是太小，等很久才烤熟，怎麼烤都是表面都無法呈現金黃色，有點可惜了！ 大廳的接待人員在講解住房規則時，我順手拍了照，但是他要求我把有他的照片刪除，記得住宿時，不要拍到工作人員。

職員很友善，樂於幫助，室內外溫泉都很大又有私人風呂，有牛奶/益力多免費提供和宵夜拉麵，早晚餐豐富，值得再入住的溫泉酒店👍

走廊很多又很長，但是太漂亮了，食物也好吃

很棒的溫泉之旅！服務人員態度溫和有禮，只是有位櫃檯人員態度比較差，即使英文溝通有困難，感覺有些不想回答問題，這是唯一的扣分！餐食非常美味, 氣氛很好！

員工待人有禮，食物方面也豐富，溫泉設有私人和公共風呂，而且有免費飲料，服務佳！

The hot springs were good. There was public bathroom and private ones. The private bathrooms did not need to booked. Nice staff. Comfortable room with good view. But the restaurant was poorly ventilated. On my first dinner day, the smoke flew towards my face. The staff seemed not much can be done even I spoke out. I appreciate they changed my seat on the second day. The time of meal was strict. I asked a time for breakfast on the next day. They told me just tell the staff at dinner time. But while I told them at dinner. I was rejected for that particular time coz it was full. I accepted but not feel very happy. I appreciate the hotel try to keep some culture of Japan such as exchanging slippers after entering hotel, keep the room key when the guest go out. But I think not all the staff familiar with the policy. They got confused while I asked for my room key when I came back. It was not cheap. I expect more for this cost and the rating ( on hotel.com). But I appreciate there are some staff know English.

無論私人溫泉或是公眾溫泉都唔會失望！

房間觀景靚，早餐及晚餐食物質素良好，公用及貸切風呂靚、正。員工服務態度良好。

第二次入住，各方面都保持水準

有免費家族露天風呂，浸完有飛騨牛奶或牛奶咖啡，早上有免費益力多，唯獨房內風呂有點細

離車站很近，露天風呂很天然，泡完澡喝牛奶很舒服，晚上還有提供拉麵！
