The location is okay, but the room inside is not really good. The comforter is not hotel quality, also the towel. The shower is not working, and there's no lock in the bathroom.

Staff are approachable. And friendly. The hotel & room are clean.

I am happy with my stay at Eurotel Makati. The staff are very accommodating and the locations is very accessible.

Place is okay naman sa price, kaso barado ang drainage sa shower, kahit sariling kong pinagliguan na umaapaw sa sahig parang yaki parin isipin dahil naka sawsaw paa while naliligo😖😫🤢. At may bayad ang hot water sa thermos 😂

Aircon is not getting cold. Bathroom drainage is clogged.

No internet connection in the rooms.

Dear online agent, I was very disappointed. Please don't let us choose or request check in and check out time if we still need to pay additional fee for an early check in. They even called me twice early in the morning if I have booking or not. Kindly communicate well with the hotel (staffs).

No rag and slipper inside the room, may tubig lage sa ilalim ng kurtina. Matagal ang service pagdating sa order ng food

After complaining with the receptionist about the aircon many times, they made us wait too long without any response. And sa morning around 8am hangang mag chek out my nag construction nrinig UN pukpok Ng martilyo sa kbila. D makatulog.

My request for room type was not given on first day even if I stated in my booking. I just made several follow-ups for me to be transferred to another room on day 2. My request was room with window.

Very poor service. We used to request some things we need during our stay at the hotel. We used to follow up like 4-5 times before our needs were being delivered to our room.

People were accommodating. Room really needs maintenance. My 1st room there the AC is very loud and has lose socket problems. Missing TV remote control. I transferred to another room which is twin bedroom. There are 3 or 4 baby cockroaches in the room. 1 faucet in the bathroom is damaged. I saw naman na they are renovating na. For me na hindi maarte basta meron lg matulogan with comfy bed, ac, wifi, etc at malapit sa agency ko na 5-10mins walk at affordable price is pwede na. Will still stay there if ever I'll have to go to my agency for how many days kasi malapit nga sya. Hopefully they can finish renovating all rooms na soon.
