I have mixed reviews about this hotel. Pros: Great location – only a 5-minute walk to the metro and 20 minutes to the city centre. The area is nice and quiet with restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops nearby. The room was spacious enough for two, with a large TV that supports Netflix/YouTube, two electric blinds (nice touch for big windows), a clean bathroom with large toiletries, and good wardrobe space. Cons: The room didn’t come with proper sleeping pillows, only cushions, which I found bizarre. I had to call for pillows, which were brought up, but they should have been there already. Check-in was a nightmare — my first payment didn’t go through on their end but did on mine, so I was charged twice. I later overheard other guests with the same issue, so it seems recurring. I’m still waiting for my refund, which is worrying when three digits come off your card twice and you’re left wondering when (or if) you’ll get it back. The air con didn’t work properly — no heat and weak airflow. The bathroom didn’t appear to have a fan, so steam stayed after showers (though we were always out by 9 AM, so unsure how long it lasted). Corridors don’t match the hotel’s appearance — dark, dated, (purple carpet) almost scary. And paying to rent an umbrella is ridiculous; that should be free rental service. We didn’t try the food in the restaurant or for breakfast so can’t comment. Would I stay here again? If they fix the payment issue, maybe. But as it stands, probably not.

I vores værelse knirkede sengen helt vildt, så man vågnede hver gang man vendte sig. Derudover kunne elevatoren høres hver gang den var i brug. Afløbet var også stoppet til på værelset. Beliggenheden er dog god, og personalet var hjælpsomme, når vi henvendte os. Men søvnen er dog en af de vigtigste parametre på bedømmelsen af et overnatningssted, og den var ikke god.

Meget langsom indtjekning. Reception disken ved indcheckning hvor meget slidt og lignede ikke et firestjernet hotel Der var meget støj og uro omkring morgenmaden det var ikke en god oplevelse Udtjekningen var også langsomt Alt andet var rigtig godt Fint værelse med super god udsigt

Vi havde 2 værelser lige op ad elevator som larmede ekstremt meget hele natten. Kaotisk morgenmad med kø/lang ventetid på at kunne få sin mad og ingen borde fri. Til ca. 2800 samlet for overnatning for 1 nat var det en kedelig oplevelse.

Our stay here was lovely! Everyone working at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but the gym was great - had everything you might need and was large, bright, and clean. Getting into the city center from the hotel is extremely easy, though note there’s a decent amount of amenities around the hotel like some great bakeries. I also found the surrounding streets lovely for running. My only complaint is really more of a modern hotel design trend - it’s really terrible to have a clear view to the bathroom and shower. I was traveling with my brother and this made it rather inconvenient. Overall our stay was still great and I’d stay here again.

Very unique building with a well- appointed room. Close to the Metro. Only four restaurants within walking distance. Hotel restaurants were nice but expensive.

We stayed here the weekend of August 22nd and left extremely disappointed. Hotels should offer service and reliability, but this one failed badly. Within minutes of arriving we discovered the electronic curtains didn’t work. Reception promised a technician would fix it, but nothing was done. Later they even claimed it was “marked as fixed.” At 11 p.m. we were moved to another room, only to find it was smaller, cheaper, and clearly a downgrade from what we had booked. No explanation, no apology, no compensation. When I pointed out the smaller bed, staff denied it and insisted the beds were the same size – which felt like gaslighting. Returning to our original room confirmed the bed there was larger. The next day we had to go down yet again, only to be told the curtains still couldn’t be fixed. After several trips to reception, we finally got another room thanks to Melissa, who was professional and kind. She is the only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1. On checkout day, things got worse: housekeeping twice tried to enter our room despite a Do Not Disturb sign. At 10 a.m. someone forcefully opened the door, stopped only by the security latch. At 11 a.m. they knocked again while we were in the shower. Checkout is at 12, so this felt unsafe and highly disrespectful. We travel a lot and I am not a picky guest, but this was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve had. Constant trips to reception, no accountability, and no apologies. For the price, completely unaccepta

Vi blev lidt skuffet over vores ophold. Da vi har været her før og der var alt simplethen over standard. Men den her gang var der ikke gjort helt rent på vores værelse. Og vi havde enda bestilt en junior suite. Og morgen maden som vi havde glædet os var ikke helt så godt som sidste gang. Da der var helt fyldt på hotellet. Og laungen var taget i brug og det levede ikke op til forventningerne. Da der ikke var det samme udvalg som inde i den normale restaurant.
