Absolutely wonderful place. Historic building, wonderfully restored. Staff were all amazing. Spa facilities are wonderful. Food was great too. The whole place feels luxurious and generous.

Very clean and quiet room. Slight musty odour in bathroom but to be expected in view of the age of the property. Perhaps consider eventually replacing with a walk-in shower rather than a shower over the bath tub which is very dated. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very willing to assist in any queries. Lovely dinner menu and very good choices on bar menu also. Food was excellent quality. Would highly recommend the steaks and we had the sharing sea food platter the next night. Amazing breakfast menu choices also. Would suggest water glasses in bedroom please. We dont drink from bottles! We borrowed 2 wine glasses from dinner to use in our room and left them there. Would definitely stay again. Finally, suggest booking spa treatments prior to stay as its busy.

5 stars! We absolutely loved our stay at Seckford Hall and can’t wait to return! Every member of staff were so warm and friendly, they treated not only us, but our dogs like royalty. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a huge comfy bed! The spa was beautiful, well maintained and great facilities, the outdoor area was perfect to relax in the sun. I find some other spa hotels I’ve stayed in have been a bit disappointing, however not this place. I was gutted when our stay was over and can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place to unwind and relax. Extremely helpful and attentive staff who made the stay extra special. Food and drinks were incredible. One of the few hotels of that price which is worth every penny. If I had to be picky, only amenity missing was a gym.

Very comfortable stay very lovely staff and great location

Stayed here many times and I checked in late. The room I was allocated was dark and depressing and the windows didn’t close properly. I went to reception and the night staff said straight away that they get lots of complaints about the room so I thanked him for allocating it to me. He then told me that he doesn’t know why they call it a standard room when they should call it a sub-standard room. I was upgraded and the room I eventually got was nice but why allocate one you know you are going to get complaints about? Fix the issues so it doesn’t happen in the first place?

The resort is absolutely gorgeous ! The staff were truly 5 stars. Harriet was especially delightful She made our lunch extra special with great recommendations. We really enjoyed her cheerful personality and found her to be very professional. Elliot at the Bar was fantastic and Jordan the night porter was super helpful. The Spa was relaxing, peaceful and stunning! Our room and the resort as a whole was very clean and just immaculate. A living historical experience. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a makeup mirror ( magnified) and maybe some bubble bath for the large bathtub. But those things are so minor and not really a concern for most people.

Room was great food was great location was great.

We thought we’d booked a room and were given a suite on two floors which was novel. The staff were great and the breakfast fine. Dinner was excellent although a little expensive although I may be poor of date. We didn’t have time to try the pool but it looked good. You do have to book a time slot. We would stay again but prefer a room in the main house.

From the minute we arrived at Seckford everyone was so helpful.One of the helpful staff over heard us say we were alittle early .So he kindley .Checked us in whilst we were having lunch .He was very helpful thankyou .The restaurant staff were very helpful too by pre booking Seckfords delicious beef Wellington for 2 for our evening meal.The Spa staff were very helpful too.Alround fab team breakfast staff could not do enough for us too .Thankyou for a lovely stay ..

This is my 4th vist to Seckford Hall. This is my happy place. Staff, food, facilities never fail to please. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. You feel more like family. Would defineately recommend.

Birthday celebration for my husbands 60th birthday and it was absolutely perfect in every way. Complimentary upgrade given which was very much appreciated. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and the staff were all so polite and attentive. The spa was amazing too. Highly recommended for a special celebration.

We had a lovely room , sadly the restaurant was below and they played piped music which we could hear in our room all day until 11pm ! Needs sorting .

Spa

A little dated in decor/condition of carpets and room was cosy but not as clean as I would have expected. Can rate the amenities, food and service etc as arrived late and left before breakfast. Area is beautiful as is the building and surroundings itself.

I have always wanted to visit Seckford Hall, and I took a work trip as an opportunity. The staff were just so warm and friendly. The spa was wonderful And the atmosphere in the bar and the communal areas-just excellent. Many thanks to all the staff.
