Chambre impeccable, personnel courtois. Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Magnifique vue sur le lac, près de tous les attraits du secteur.

Our day was wonderful. There was only one thing that bothered us when we got into the room is that there was a great amount of dust on the television and the big bureau where the television sits on. Clearly a lack of responsibility. That should not have been there. But the rest of the room was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious and the stock was super courteous in the front reception.

Room was clean and modern. great views from the balcony and breakfast at Kios was very good.

Personnel affable et chaleureux, chambre propre et de bon ton. Nous avion la chambre 106 de la vieille partie et une marche non conforme suit la porte, comportant un risque élevé d’accident et / ou blessures. Requiert une attention particulière.

Not enough lighting in the room otherwise it was very good.

Clean cozy room

Loved the location, decor, fireplace and staff. My only issue was that the rooms aren’t soundproof. There was a lot of late noise (talking and doors ) in the halls from partiers coming from the restaurant. Would bring earplugs in the future.

What a beautiful hotel! I ended up in the farthest room from the front desk, which was the only downside of the stay. It was a clean, quiet, and gorgeous room! I absolutely loved the fireplace. Very cozy space!

Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

La chambre est spacieuse, bien pensée en terme d'ergonomie et très propre. Le lit est très confortable et la literie est parfaite. Le seul petit bémol est que les oreillers sont gros pour de petites personnes 😉

No problems

The lakefront location provided nice sunrise and sunset views. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was quiet, clean and updated. We appreciated the large screen TV and walk-in shower.

Beautiful clean room and very comfortable bed. The bathroom is big and super clean
