The property and staff were great! Perfectly located just steps from the city center, cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were very kind and offered assistance with booking taxis, carrying luggage up stairs, and providing items like an iron and a plug converter. A light breakfast is offered for an additional daily cost and complimentary water and fresh fruit were brought to my room on the first day. My room was very spacious and came with beach towels, soap, lotion, etc. There was a tiny ant problem, but not so bad that I needed to change rooms - someone else may feel differently about that. I would recommend this hotel as a central location in Mallorca.

Friendly staff, great location, would recommend!

I can’t say enough incredible things about this hotel and the staff, especially Angel. We stayed here for 2 nights and I’ve never stayed at a more beautiful room. It is spacious, and well kept and gave off a very authentic Spanish vibe. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Additionally, Angel helped us navigate the tough driving directions in Soller when we arrived and recommending some restaurants for dinner. No joke, hands down some of the best meals I’ve had in my entire life. Stay here!!!

Great property! Angel was the best host who was very proactive and provided great directions to get to the hotel given all the recent car restrictions. We had the room with the roof top terrace and it was also gorgeous
