This place is a pure Gem. Great location, very clean, very up to date. The best thing about this hotel is the Staff. Not 1 staff member was rude or didn't have time to assist. If you need anything ask the Trio working the Door Antonio, Brian and Oui. Whoever is on duty they offer help and suggestions. They can do it all and are a great Source of Information. I will be back just because of the service.

Room is less than satisfactory. Electricity doesn't work in half the room, AC hardly works, towels are all ripped and old and view from the room is directly into apartments around 5 metres away. Very disappointed and was told I cannot change room unless I pay more. Won't be back.

It is good hotel and best staff and clean room just one problem there is no water in toilet for cleaning after make toilet because not all people used paper only and that’s the only problem there

This is a clean hotel with a good breakfast, friendly staff, and well-maintained rooms. It is strategically located close to an MRT station, but it is also quiet despite its proximity to Sukhumvit Rd.

The hotel have a very good location, nearby to train station (BTS and MRT), shopping mal, but yet still in a quiet area. 7-11/Family mart in walking distance, room is great, so comfortable. A little drawback is the water pressure not strong enough, take quite some time to fill up the bathtub. But nevertheless, very worth of money.

Very comfortable place to stay, BTS station and shopping mall just 10minutes walk, easy to get food, great thai food resto just next to it, we don't give review on the meals since we stay without breakfast
