Noisy. And smell of cigarettes

Hotel provides 24hr electricity and AC. Room had two sets of windows in tandem for insulating street noise, pollution, and climate. It's a short walk to everything in Hamra AUB and its med center. You can also walk to the Raouche rock and the corniche (De Gaulle). Restaurant and shops in the same block, Kababji, Dunkin d., .... As safe as it can get given Beirut has no street lights after dark. Avoid walking out alone after sunset.

the hotel needs to be renewed. The A/C was smelling badly and insufficient to get the room cold. furniture needs to be renovated. Wi-fi wasn't working at all. Comprehensively it can be considered of a good quality/price ratio if internet would have worked, but in Beirut with the same amount you can find better options. In a Luxury town, this can not be considered a 4 stars.

Deuxième séjour dans l'hôtel, toujours excellent rapport qualité/prix, hôtel très bien situé, très bon buffet de petit-déjeuner. Riad à la réception est toujours de bon conseil pour votre séjour et organise vos visites à la demande . Je recommande.

Excelente ubicación a la vuelta de la zona comercial Hamra donde puedes encontrar todo lo necesario en tu viaje. El desayuno delicioso todos los días, el cuarto en muy buenas condiciones solo un problema en el baño que debería alargar la puerta de la regadera pues se sale el agua.

Friendly hotel close to American University of Beirut and Medical Center, offers an excellent breakfast and services. Best value meals close by are Socrates,T marbuta and Kababji with good bars close by.

Rather disappointing stay. Stayed two nights, the in room coffee and tea were not refreshed after the first night. Staff were ok, not overly friendly.
