Very satisfying service! I stayed there alone for 5 days, during monsoon season. All staffs there were very helpful and kind. I think I was the only tourist at that moment in that hotel since it was still pandemic. Yet they were trying their best to help me out with everything I need. I purchased access to the executive lounge for inr 20,000 (approximately IDR 3,8mil). And I think I made the best decision. I met Sakshi and Pratik who always stood by in the executive lounge and they were very helpful, even telling me to know about highlighted places to visit in Mumbai, helped me printing my ticket and other things. They both were very friendly. Breakfast in Sofitel was so good! I even ate 2-3 portions every breakfast since they were so good at it. The room is clean, and the cleaning staffs who were in charge of room 525 were also very kind! It took them quite a long for the check-in and check-out process, but I hope they will improve on this issue. Definitely will go back here again if I visit Mumbai.

The hotel is located in a business district, perfect location for business trip. However, I come for family vacation, yet it is still a very good location, with descent neighborhood and international food stalls are available surrounds it. The buffet breakfast was awesome, with wide variety of choice. Room is carefully designed to be beautiful, comfy and also luxurious. Thou I have some downside on the front liners service, when they are not responsive enough to see us unloading big luggage from taxi, so bell boy available until I shout a bit for help
