Family friendly clean room staff was friendly. The only thing was the housekeeping we received was not amazing since all they did was make the beds. No trash was taken out etc

My husband and I will always choose this hotel as we visit our daughter. We have stayed in other places. No comparison. The staff are extraordinary. So friendly. Accommodating. Location is great for us. Security for our vehicle is important. The hotel is always super clean. The beds are so comfortable. The a/c is as cold as you need it to be. (We like cold). It’s Houston. The breakfast is fun. Never been disappointed. (Don’t like the sausage - just being honest). But everything else is really tasty.

Location is great! Close to fast foods and walmart! Food was excellent. Love that it is super clean. Will stay here again.

Last minute room needed for family emergency, more than meet our needs.

Rude front desk staff The front desk employee was very rude to my children when they called to ask for a blanket, even scolding my 6-year-old daughter. When she delivered the blanket, she was rude again. This made our stay very unpleasant despite the hotel itself being nice.

Close to shops and restaurants

As advertised and definitely worth the price. Will be back again next time in woodlands area

The hotel was clean quiet is located around everything if you need to go get gas or food or there’s something I need to go to Walmart is right there

It was a really good place to stay and I had a quiet week. The only thing is that this is the first property I had to pay for parking each day.

Convenient location. Quiet place. Breakfast is the same all the time. Hours of operation tied.

Great pool and a splash pad for small kids. The rooms and so nice and close to the Woodlands Mall and the area restaurants and entertainment. They have a bar in the evenings and the bartender was great. I’m glad we picked it for our long weekend staycation!

The manager allowed us to Check in early and was very kind. Will be back if ever in the area again.

The reception staff are very indifferent and always seem angry.
