The property was beautiful! The view was beautiful! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that would make it better would be some sort of convenience shop for forgotten essentials. For example medications.. toiletries etc.. my son ate something that disagreed with him and we could not get him a simple Tums to make him feel better. A hotel of this size normally has at least a small area to purchase these items.

overall good but only comment is not enough towels, blankets etc. for 5 people but understandable that switched room as offered to check in 30 mins early

Very clean & great location.

Went there was very disappointed to find out they were having a parents without partners that were deceased with their children and there was kids everywhere. I understand that’s unfortunate but me and my sister were trying to vacation was not a good time. Very disappointed very expensive. they should’ve informed us. This was happening that weekend Before booking.

Beautiful hotel ,staff very efficient and friendly lifts to the rooms were very fast Lovely size room with very comfortable beds ,lovely view over the pool and the lake from the room. Breakfast was not included in our booking but we paid for the breakfast in the hotel which was very filling and varied each morning plenty of coffee available also fresh fruit pancakes and eggs. Plenty of information at reception of what was popular in the area Winery visits were popular The hotel has a very interesting Aquarium next door . This is a beautiful hotel just 1.5 hrs outside New York we travelled by train and got a taxi from the station where there were plenty of Taxis available at a reasonable cost

The staff was very friendly. We were only there for 2 days but the hotel seemed well maintained. It's nice that there is both an indoor and an outdoor pool.

Lovely hotel. Family rooms were very spacious and perfect for the 4 of us. Pool area really clean and lots of sunbeds. Breakfast was great and good choice. We had an issue with a very noisy neighbour, which was dealt with and we were moved rooms the next day, as well as security helping in the night. Riverhead is a nice area, can recommend Cuccino pizza.

The Hyatt is best known for its breakfast included when you book your stay. I was told that some bookings do while others don’t. Some of the staff were very friendly while others were not. I couldn’t get a receipt because I was told I booked through a third party. Guess where I won’t be staying next time.

The hotel was next to a marina which was very nice. Some nights they had music along with food and drink. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet.

Overall, it is a nice hotel right next to the . The Rooms were nice and big and the beds were comfortable. The hallway was very over air conditioned the night we were there. It was actively cold in the hallway I was freezing! The outdoor pool is very nice, but it loses the sun towards the end of the day, so that's kind of a bummer if you wanna sit in the sunshine. But there is an indoor heated pool that is also fun to swim in. There was a bar by the pool, but nobody was working at it so that was kind of a bummer as well. There is a nice restaurant right at the back of the hotel by the marina but it's privately owned - it's not part of the hotel but we ate there and the food was good.

Loved the pool area. Walking distance to seafood restaurant and hotel staff was super friendly.

I would definitely return to this Hyatt. Although a little far away from the wedding I was attending, the families had arranged shuttles. I enjoyed the quietness of the outdoor pool while having a marina as a backdrop. The fact that the weather was absolutely perfect made that more enjoyable. The staff inside were friendly and attentive. Although my rate didn’t include breakfast, for $11 there was a buffet with a nice assortment of eggs, cereals, yogurt, etc. The aquarium is right next door and there restaurants all around the hotel on Main St.

Hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were great, and the beds were super comfortable. My only issue was the parking was not as easy as I thought it would be as they isn’t much parking at the hotel, you have adjacent lots either across the street or down the block to park in.

Our stay was nothing but perfect.I was greeted at the front desk check in with such kindness and smiles. They were so accommodating with everything we needed to help ease any issues with our special needs grandson. Room was clean and great view of water, pool. The buffet hot breakfast was so delicious and had everything. Pools were clean. Thank you for making our stay and my grandsons birthday wonderful! Will be back for sure.
