Friendly staff, good variety of food! But the facility need an upgrade

Staff were extremely nice and friendly! Food was good with good variety. However, I was not pleased with the overall condition of my room. For instance no automatic closing mechanism for the main entrance door of the room, the toilet door was not closing and opening easily! No drying rack for clothes in balcony. The room water boiler for making tea was very basic with no tea bag or no coffee provided in the room! The sofa bed for kids are very small, my daughter easily fell down and i ended up sleeping on the sofa bed and she on the main bed which was two single bed connected. In summary we liked the Hotel, staff and food but i would say in overall the facility need a complete refurbishment and upgrade!

Tolles Essen, warmer Pool, alles gut gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist herausragend. Selten habe ich so freundliche, zuvorkommende und immer gut gelaunte Mitarbeiter in einem Hotel erlebt. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen.

Einfach ein Mega Hotel . Von A bis Z stimmt hier alles

I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am.

As always had a wonderful stay. Love the hotel and the staff are amazingly friendly. The hotel to be fair is a little dated but will be being refurbished next year.

"Fakir" sängar, resårmadrass utan bäddmadrass. vaknade på morgonen med ont i kroppen. Hotellet saknar restaurang, buffé serverar all inklusive skräpmat -frukost, lunch, middag. Varje kväll ny tema: turkisk, balkansk, schweizisk i ett land som är känd för underbar inhemsk mat Rekommenderar inte detta ställe.

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. Heated pool - very important in February 😄 We'll be back.

Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking,and courteous. The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional. We enjoyed our stay and whilst we visited the entertainment, the class act was the ambidextrous lady who was thrown out of a suitcase!!! Hopefully we’d like to visit at approximately the Same time in 2026 J.P UK

Heel correct hotel op goede lokatie. Personeel en maaltijden zijn top👍. Hotel mag stilaan gemoderniseerd worden zoals het volledige eiland eigenlijk. Omgeving lijkt in de jaren 70 te zijn neergepoot en nadien niets meer geïnvesteerd.

Alles sehr abgegriffen und in die Jahre gekommen. Versprüht die Atmosphäre der 80er.. Essen ok, aber kein kulinarisches Highlight. Alles in allem Mittelklasse.
