The property was excellent and it was unfortunate that the pool was closed as it was disappointing to the children who wanted to use it. Staff was very accommodating and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Would have liked to have a people access point through the gate from the parking lot for those who have trouble climbing stairs.

We spent one night here and it was a lovely experience. The check in was quick. The room clean and tidy. The grounds were well kept and tastefully decorated. I wish we had stayed longer

Mysigt Grotthotell utanför en by, tog 10-15 minuter att gå dit. Restaurangen på hotellet var stängd men de var mycket hjälpsamma och gav bra tips på middag och frukost. Vi hade rum med brasa, köpte ved och eldade både på kvällen och morgonen, mysigt. Men egentligen behövdes det inte, det var varmt ändå. Härligt ställe! Tyvärr var det dåligt med varmvatten eftersom de fick via sol och bioenergi men det var ok för oss.

We loved this place and its odd-shaped rooms built into hillsides. We received a very warm welcome at reception and were given lots of advice about things to do whilst we were in the area. We ate well in the on-site restaurant and had everything we needed to make our short stay a happy one. The resort also makes it very easy to recycle.

Very unique apartments, spacious, and the kids loved them. The staff was great and very helpful.

Estábamos de paso por allí así que necesitábamos un hotel para descansar una noche. La ubicación hacía el autovía no está mal. La recepción muy amable. Interiores de la habitación un poco viejita pero limpia. Lo que nos molestó más era el olor del baño, aunque abrimos la ventana para airear, era tan denso y desagradable que tuvimos que evitar usar el baño si no era imprescindible. Cómo no hay posibilidad de cancelar una reserva tuvimos que aguantar hasta el amanecer. Quizá sería mejor, (al menos sin coste) pasar la noche dentro del coche

Excelente, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Los dos empleados de recepción geniales, te informan de todo y encima un regalito de bienvenida. Sin duda volveremos.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce complexe très agréable. L’appartement était très confortable, bien décoré et fonctionnel. A notre arrivée, on nous a suggéré quelques balades, qui se sont révélées très intéressantes.

Couldn’t have asked for more. Spacious cave apartment with full kitchen. Onsite restaurant was top notch: gourmet yet reasonably priced. During Efren’s check-in process he enthusiastically and thoroughly explained not only the hotel amenities but gave maps and internet guidance of local attractions. This is a great base to stay at while visiting stupendous rock formations, dolmen archeology, natural aqueducts, Guadix historic cave village, Granada and Cordoba all close by.

Welcoming, informative and an all round good experience. We will be back, thank you!
