Good hotel with many facilities on site for young families - presumably comes into its own with improving weather. We just needed a room and breakfast and it did that with ease.

Staff professional, friendly and welcoming. Food very tasty, accommodation clean, tidy and comfortable-we were a group of 3 staying in one room for one night whilst attending crufts and the hotel didn’t disappoint, fab weekend, thanks everyone ❤️

Had a lovely ultimate sleepover with my 3 grandaughters , lovely evening meal , and breakfast

Clean, tidy room with ac. Extremely helpful staff as we needed to leave at 6.15am and breakfast started at 7am, they put the tea and coffee machine on and put the toaster on and got things ready for a continental breakfast, all for 5.30am with no hesitation. Great family friendly place.

Very nice atmosphere

We were at an evening wedding party and it was in a lovely room, the Hamilton Suite. My only gripe would be that they don't serve the same beers as they have in the main bar.

Chloe on reception. Amazing, customer friendly, clear instructions, polite manner. Would return again.

Can’t fault my stay at all. Room immaculate, food lovely, friendly staff. Will definitely be starting again next time I’m in the area 10/10 👌

Took a long time to check in. Additional £9 for parking is OTT & not necessary as you can drive out without voucher Towel rail doesn’t heat, but otherwise lovey

As i booked through Expedia, i was charged £9 at check-in for the car park. Seems excessive and tarnished my stay. I wanted to discuss with staff upon check out and waited around for 5 minutes but no staff was present. I have stayed regularly at this hotel and we even had a buiness rate with them at one time. This is the first time we didnt make a direct booking with them. Maybe lesson learnt but i still feel £9 feels excessive when you are already a customer of the hotel.

Upgraded to a deluxe themed room. Very nice room with plenty of space. The only thing to note really was someone had left wine glasses and a pint glass outside our room. Not ideal with kids.

We were a large family party and the staff in the restaurant were very good. The food was good too.

Nice enough stay, room was basic and the breakfast was average. Only negative was that the toilet in the room seemed to have a leak which we could hear most of the night.

The room was very dated , there was no free water in the room which cost £162 for one night (twin). The room was very cold on arrival, and a third bed had been added in the room which I didn’t request.
