愉快的入住，酒店位置优越，靠近沿河大道，火车站等，距离老城也不远，早饭后可溜达到麦地那～

首先，我們在Expedia訂的是海景房，取房後發現是後街景房，我們立即致電前台及房務部，兩處也沒有人接聽。後來我們發現房內沒有電視搖控器，要求他們送回，也等了半小時。 於是我們直接走到酒台前台說明情況，職員只回答因為海景房滿客，未能安排。我們即時展示訂房證明，我們是已付費留海景房的，但職員只不停說沒有海景房，幫不了我們。期間她亦有向前台其他資深職員查詢，但那些職員只是黑面拒絕，完全沒有考慮我們已付費訂房的事實！實在另人氣憤！（已即時透過網頁向Expedia反映，但仍未得到回覆，唯有在此說明。） 其次check in時，夜更的職員已即時收取我們的城市稅，但在check out時，早更的職員態度不佳向我們表示未收取，我們又要再次說明，她們再翻查紀錄後，才表示其他同事已收取。 前台職員是很代表公司的形象，我們實在不明白為什麼他們的態度能這麼差劣？ 其他房內設備也可接受，惟空調系統是接駁中央系統，偶爾會有煙味傳出。（我訂禁煙房的，並對煙味很敏感，很少味道已會不適） 另外酒店面對的海景是漂亮的，位置也尚算方便，但整體來說，我也不會再選擇這樣的酒店。

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Not enough characters to describe the dreadful experience I had.

I initially had a good impression based on my pre-arrival communication with the hotel. I reserved two rooms and clearly requested that they be close to each other, but upon arrival, they were several floors apart, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the issues continued during our stay. The air conditioning was not functioning and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. When I contacted reception, I was told the problem affected the entire hotel and would not be resolved quickly. Additionally, both kettles in our rooms were not working. I tried calling reception for nearly 3.5 hours, but my calls were repeatedly ignored, and I eventually had to go down in person to get assistance. That said, the location is excellent, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the valet staff were outstanding and very helpful. However, based on this experience, if I visit Tangier again, this hotel would be my last choice.

On a eu un problème de porte qui ne se verrouille pas, on a appelé l'accueil une dizaine de fois et chaque fois le technicien prévenait qu'il était en route et ne venait pas lorsqu'il est enfin arrivé il n'a pas su la réparer on nous a changé de suite vers 23h. Une journée perdue. Le petit déjeuner était le même tout les jours pas de changement. Il ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and beds were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good quality. Highly recommended!

Service impeccable personne accueillant aimable

Chambre propre, personnel très accueillant bon petit déjeuner et hôtel très bien placé. Merci à Loubna également très gentille pour rangement / nettoyage de la chambre.

Het hotel was heel mooi, goed ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel, de locatie is top midden in het centrum en remover het strand. Het enige minpunt waren de bedden op de kamer deze waren slecht en het poetsen kon ook beter in de badkamer. Verder zou ik er zo weer naartoe gaan.

Nice and good location , few feet’s from the sea. The staff were really friendly and helpful, if you are looking for place to eat ,walk and visit ask the door men . Don’t trust the taxis, you know what I mean!!!!

Estadia muito boa, quarto limpo e arrumado. O café da manhã e equipe da cozinha foi excelente. Infelizmente ninguém da recepção falava espanhol e foi um pouco difícil pedir informação sobre o horário e localização do ginásio de musculação. Mas a localização do hotel é ótima e fica bem perto do Porto, a 20 minutos de caminhada.

Clean room, great staff

La stanza non era fronte mare né all’interno ma avevamo il muro davanti alla finestra. Nel bagno c’erano tracce di muffa e parecchia ruggine sotto i dispenser dei saponi. Il personale delle pulizie faceva molta fatica (ho dovuto chiamare più volte perché la stanza non era pulita)nei giorni di maggior affluenza di pubblico. Personale attento e disponibile. Ottima la colazione. La spiaggia pubblica di fronte all’hotel è bella ma senza servizi e frequentata da gente locale.

Pas de machine à café dans les chambres aucun crochet pour accrocher les serviettes manque de serviettes et de tapis de bain le matelas inconfortable l’hôtel est bien placé par rapport à la plage .

Breakfast was decent. Bathroom doors are thin frosted glass and if you having a big dump then all the noises can be heard and the extract fan doesnt work so it smells. The shower rail was broken and reported on the first day . Never fixed. Fridge doesnt work and reported multiple times. Never fixed . Cleaners didn't change the sheet and the towels where taken in the morning cleaned and returned by 6pm . What if I needed them in between?? Bath mats were sometimes there's sometimes not . Cleaners in room 2 times a day . Why? Location was really good. Staff were friendly enough but could not resolve my issues. Amenities around the hotel were good. Opposite the beach and near the marina . I have mixed feeling as the hotel could be alot better . The concierge were great and very helpful 👍 and didnt expect money

Excelente aunque la ubicación debería ser mas precisa respecto al puerto y aeropuerto porque esta muy lejos Nuestra estancia perfecta

Very bad hotel dirty rooms and furniture the reception staff they are not polite and they don’t have any idea about hotel management and hospitality I’m really feel so sorry to book this hotel and it’s first time in my life a restaurant in hotel for breakfast time you should pay before you dine and your not allowed to check what they serve in the buffet Can you believe it !!!
