The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was large, super clean. The breakfast was very good with many choices. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room is big and air conditioning is very good. However shower water pressure is very bad and the water heater is not in good working condition as hot water will turn into cold water in a minute or two and you have to wait for a minute for the hot water to resume. The room floor is not vacuum, toilet floor not mopped as well (hair can be seen on the floor even after a few days) and bed linens doesn’t seem to be changed after 7 days. Wifi is very bad. Poor connectivity and speed

Saya menginap di sini 3 malam, di hari pertama saya komplain air di kamar kecil tidak bertekanan, staff langsung datang, dan karena waktu pengerjaannya cukup lama jadinya saya ditawari pindah kamar saja. Posisi hotel sangat strategis, depan hotel sudah stasiun BTS, samping ada McD dan 7/11, untuk ke tempat wisata gampang banget, dan seberang banget dari King Power Mahanakhon. Lalu karena saya tidak pesan sarapan, ternyata di bawah juga ada food court orang lokal yang makanannya enak. Tetapi cukup kesal karena deposit hotelnya 2000 bath, hampir sejuta sama sendal hotel tidak boleh dibawa pulang.

All is amazing, clean, the staff is friendly. The room is great. Wish I had more time to spend at I Residence Silom Bangkok.

Yang kedua kalinya menginap di sini... Hotel sangat nyaman dengan pemandangan kota... Kamar yang bersih, tapi sayang Wi-Fi kurang lancar, next akan kembali lagi ke hotel ini.

The bed is not very nice, it looks like a broken bed I got at that time. Cleaning service did not really clean the room. And the hotel made me very confused looking for the hotel room. Only minus these things, for all this, the hotel has a very good location and the staff is also very friendly.

Wi-Fi is the only problem, otherwise I might book for the whole trip here.

Phòng tuy nhỏ nhưng bài trí rất hợp lý, có đủ bàn, ghế, và Sofa nhỏ nên tổng quan khá là ưng ý về nội thất phòng. Cửa vào siêu nặng và khó kéo, nhà vệ sinh phòng 402 có mùi bốc ngược lên rất khó chịu, nếu không nhấn đèn báo dọn phòng thì mình ở tận 03 ngày cũng chả có ai vào dọn dẹp cả 🥹.
