Really needs a cleaning and update

The lobby was really nice and clean. So was the surrounding areas around the complex. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to enter the room cca 30 min before the official check in time with no fuss about it from the staff. Room was reasonable equipped - hangers, little ironing device and proper board too. Also a Holly Bible was there, which I even as a none believer, found really nice. We were staying over night as have attended the wedding at this place and I can say that all the events from Hotel responsibilities were handled very well in my opinion. Breakfast was nicely prepped, little fresh flowers on each to table were very much appreciated by me. Again, all was nicely presented, clean and always met a friendly staff. Even the cleaning lady at the toilets was very willing to help and polite. I would recommend this hotel and if I will go to this area again, I will not hesitate to book the room again. Thanks to all involved.

We stayed here for a wedding at Bourton Hall, the location is great and the outdoor/conservatory area is fantastic for drinks in the sun. The room was clean and comfortable, however the walls were pigging and in desperate need of repainting. Overall was a great stay though.

This Hotel was in a lovely location, although not close to any shops! Bathroom could do with More 'shelving to place toiletries on

Amenities. All I ask for is a good hot shower. There is a notice saying use left hand shower due to poor water pressure. The left hand shower was ridiculousSo small and blocked. Little water coming out. Only discovered this when I went to bed around 10pm.

Customer service, cleanliness and the breakfast

The reception was very welcoming, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff where all very friendly and attentive. Used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast both were excellent and very tasty. Would stay again!

Nice and easy to get to and park

A convenient overnight stay location for a nearby wedding. Rooms had all amenities - kettle, TV. Bed was comfortable. Nice bar area in lobby.

Staff were friendly, food was good.Rooms are tired however they are currently updating the rooms during 2025 and 2026.
