This hotel has a clear maintenance issue. Humidiy with mould coming out of the bathrooms floor, insects stocked to the wardrobe, lights that don’t work… aircon that sounds like a helicopter. I can see it was amazing in the past but they halted all maintenance. I find it expensive for the value I got.

El desayuno es promedio, nada a destacar y es en el subsuelo. La piscina está en medio del restaurante en el mirador, no parece ser práctica para su uso en ese ambiente. La climatización de la habitación, defectuosa. La ducha, defectuosa y se inunda el baño.

It looks way more luxurious online than in person, the gym, the spa were so disappointing.

Great staff and very cleaning

Wonderful location, great staff and the rooms had all the amenities you’d want. The only issue was the showers as the floor was very slippery and the hand spray nozzle sprayed water everywhere- even under the glass door . A very strange design

Excellent location

One of the worst 5-star hotels I have stayed in. When we checked in, the room was dirty: there was food on the floor and counter, the bathroom countertop was not clean, and there was so much dust in the drawers that I did not want to empty my suitcase. There was no housekeeping on a Sunday evening at 7, so the front desk had to clean, as there were no other rooms available. Also guest services did not meet a 5-star standard. They were contacted 4 days before we asked for an outing and responded with a few question via WhatsApp. I immedialte replied and then never heard back. I went to the front desk and they were not available, so I had to arrange a tour myself. When we asked for a late check out, they said no they were full, which I understand I had looked to rebook our room only to find out we paid for a terrace suite and were given a deluxe room. They said it was a glitch in Expedia's system. I am still waiting to see if I will get a refund. The bed was nice and rooftop pool and bar area was very nice. But I will not stay here again.

The rooms are very clean, although did smell like someone had smoked there before. Overall great Hotel, rooms are large and very comfortable. Would stay there again

Motorized curtains difficult to operate if working. Smart tvs with Roku.. had to call in 3 separate occasions for support. No air extraction in bathrooms. Deficient room and bathroom cleaning.. not terrible but lacking.. Generally it is not 5 star quality or value for money.
