這是我十年後第二次入住這家飯店。酒店裝潢得很好，沒有讓我失望。

這家飯店地理位置優越，下飛機後開車過來非常方便。溫泉和泳池是我們北海道體驗過的最好的。這是我們第二次入住，這次我們享用了早餐。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，份量十足。

晚餐自助餐很值得，無限量供應鮭魚籽、新鮮海鮮和其他北海道特產。

It's amazing as expected. The hotel staff is attentive, everything is clean and maintained well. It's our 2nd time coming to the onsen, the amenities are very complete. I can't say enough good things, get the breakfast!! Trust me. I came to Hokkaido just to stay here, absolutely worth it!

I took public transport to reach here. The frequency of the public bus is low, with the first bus from the Shin Chitose Airport starting only from 10:30 a.m., which needed a transfer. Even getting out needed to be planned in advance. Please check public bus timings if you are travelling by bus before coming. Other than that, the place has exceeded my expectations with multiple onsen pools, walking distance to the Jigokudani Valley, and a convenience store nearby. Breakfast is awesome with a very wide spread of choices.

Nice place and cozy with our group family.

Semua nya baik2 saja. Saya berdua dengan suami datang check in terlalu malam. Smp disana ternyata bookingan kami tertulis 1orang dewasa. Dan kami harus membayar 1org lagi. Saya tidak tau kenapa karena hanya klik dari agent traveloka di negara kami. Untuk hotel bagus dan ramai karena dekat dengan jigokudani Hell Valley. You/public baht Onsen memang yg terbaik.

Good location walking distance to volcano 😍.

ห้องใหม่ สะอาด ออนเซนดี ใหญ่และมีหลายบ่อมาก เห็นหุบเหวนรกเลย อาหารเย็นบุฟเฟต์มีปูแต่เค็ม ไอศครีมอร่อย อาหารเช้าอร่อย พนักงานบริการดี ที่จอดรถบัสไปรถไฟอยู่ตรงข้ามรรสะดวกดี

What a pleasant stay, warm staffs, great in-room dining with japanese culture dish, huge hotel (they have amusement, restaurants, souvenir shop) and best of all is really really big public onsen with more than 5 pools. It worth every penny

Excellent place to stay! Experiencing both in room & buffet dining is awesome. The onsen is one of the best onsen in hokkaido.
