Stayed in their standard rooms many times. Rooms are nothing special but there’s a nice pool area. Location is just a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants and 4 minutes walk from Lamai beach. Good value for money.

Very simple and badly designed room. Wifi did not work at all. No plugs by the bed.. Shower head broken. All in all not good value..

Price seems to have gone up 15% since last year which I don’t think is altogether justified. But if you want a simple room that has all the basics then this hotel is hard to beat. Location is about as central to Lamai as you get with night market, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

Nice hotel but WiFi connection is not strong.

At only 1,200 baht for the cheapest standard room this represents excellent value for money. The Aircon worked and hot water came out of the shower which, for Samui, is a small miracle even for hotels three times the price. Location is perfect being literally a minute or two's walk from central Lamai's shopping, bars and restaurants. Definitely high on my list for a return visit. An 'all you can eat plus unlimited coffee refills' great 200 baht for guests also represents excellent value for money.
