This is a nice and big resort that has got everything you need. You have to pay 150 baht to use the gym even though you stay at the resort. We weren't super happy with our accommodation (in the “jungle house”), since it was far from the main resort. We were told to call for a golf cart when we wanted to go to the main resort, but it rarely showed up. We ended up walking a lot (10 min walk), which could be a problem for some people since some parts of the road are quite steep. We liked the room for the most part, but not the bathroom. The shower was placed right next to the toilet and the drain was quite small. This resulted in a pool of water around the toilet (and usually on the whole floor) after every shower. We used the hotels laundry service and ended up losing a shirt. Even though we told the hotel right away they didn't find it. We got a small discount when we checked out because of it.

I love here, this place very peaceful, enjoy and chilling :) I'll be back again ^^

ถือว่าดีมาก คุ้มสมราคาดี อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกมีครบทุกอย่าง ร้านอาหารของที่พักก็ไม่แพงเกินไป ทุกอย่างดีหมด มีสระว่ายน้ำสวยๆถึง 4 สระ แต่สระ 1 เหมือนสำหรับคนเรียนดำน้ำ ทุกอย่างถือว่าสมบูรณ์แบบ แต่เสียอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีรถมาส่ง ส่วนถ้าใครถึงเช้าๆก็ไม่มีรถมารับเช่นกันค่ะ

Great service and nice staff. Next time I'll stay there no doubt.

ไฟห้องไม่สว่าง มีไฟน้อยไปหน่อย บริเวณโรงแรมยุงเยอะมาก ตัวใหญ่ กัดเจ็บมาก ควรมีการพ่นยาฆ่ายุงบ้าง

If you've booked the jungle house, you'd better have a motorcycle cause it's far away from everything. It's like you're living in the the middle of jungle. Shuttle bus's service available only up to 8.30 pm.

ทุกอย่างดีหมด ทำเลที่ตั้ง ความสะดวกสบายภายในที่พัก วิว และความสะอาด แต่เสียเรื่องเดียวคือการบริการของพนักงานร้านอาหารของโรงแรม เข้าใจว่าเป็นต่างชาติ เราสื่อสารทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยแล้ว แต่พนักงานเข้าใจผิดทุกอย่างที่ต้องการ สั่ง "Fruit Salad with Yogurt" ได้ผลไม้มาจานใหญ่ ก็ขอให้เปลี่ยน ขอ "Tomato Sauce" เอาช้อนมาให้แล้วก็เหวี่ยงใส่ และไม่เดินหยิบมาให้ แต่ให้พนักงานคนอื่นมาเสิร์ฟแบบไม่เต็มใจให้บริการ ...เสียเรื่องนี้เรื่องเดียวเลย นอกนั้นโอเคหมด
