Third visit. Very good layout… the rooms are great and the bed is dreamy. The bar is unique and as good as it gets and the breakfast is great with made to order items and fantastic service. The value and luxury/$ ius off the map. I will be back on my next trip! Location is great for all things downtown and riverside. My favorite hotel stay.

While, rather modest and unimpressive from the outside (looks like it is an old apartment building converted to a hotel) the interior is modern and chic. I stayed one evening in a king suite with a view of the city and was impressed with the layout of the suite and the sophistication of the interior finishings. Very clean room and the complementary breakfast was delicious! Wonderful central location, steps to the river and the park and the restaurants of the downtown core I will definitely stay again if I’m passing through Saskatoon. I will ask for a river view next time 😊

Wunderbares Hotel!!! Kostenlose Parkplätze und ein Frühstück inklusive. Das Frühstück hatte alles, was wir von einem sehr guten Frühstück erwarten. Das Zimmer: hervorragend. Super bequemes Bett, sehr angenehme Handtücher und Bademäntel, sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Bar können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir sie nicht besucht haben.

The James always delivers - from the top-notch bar with great cocktails, to the included breakfast, and amazing rooms! The beds and sheets are incredibly comfortable! It's in a great location with restaurants nearby and a great view of the river. Highly recommend!

Centrally located hotel. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would definitely book here again when I travel to Saskatoon.

Positives: - our corner room facing parking was quiet - comfy bed Negatives: - the king room was small and the bathroom is very close to the bed without a proper door. It’s a sliding barn door that at night when using the bathroom, it doesn’t keep the light out or the noise - not enough hooks to hang towels in bathroom - asked guest services at desk for feminine napkins and was told to wait for them. Waited then was told they will deliver to my room. Waited in my room for 30min and then called and was told that they didn’t have any. Overall it’s an average hotel with nothing special. The breakfast is similar to free breakfasts at Quality Inn. Disagree with the other reviews.

A lovely hotel with very attentive staff at every interaction, be it front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, or the bar. The location is great, walking distance from everything in downtown, with ample parking.

Room did not get switched over, had to ask for more water, coffee. Only got a simple, sorry. Complained at checkout as they advertise as a boutique hotel along with high costs for Saskatoon and they do not deliver. Gave us free drinks at their small lounge. Overall very disappointing stay.
