Air conditioning, quietness of the room and location close to the airport was appealing to us. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Location. Food. Flair.

Excellent in every respect. Was travelling by bike, checked in at 22.00 no problem checked out at 7.00 likewise. Breakfast starts at 6.30 and was as good as I’ve had anywhere. Helpful professional staff but friendly too.

Great place and people.

Hotel was nice my only issue was the bed, 2x single duvets for double bed is not comfortable. And the sofa bed was not comfy and it was noisy ever time I moved. Breakfast was poor. Apart from that it was pleasant and staff were nice.

The front desk staff went beyond to help us navigate our way around in an unfamiliar area.

The hotel is really nice, excellent rooms and the staff are so friendly and attentive, from the reception staff to the breakfast staff. The free shuttle transport to the airport is a nice touch too. The only part we didn't like was walking down the road to the tram over the Swiss border. Of course this isn't on the hotel and I'm hindsight we could have got a cab.

Beautiful room with homey touches like books and art. Nice open windows and beautiful trim work. Nice large bathroom with large tub. Very clean and bathrobes included. They checked us in early and the hotel was very quiet. Nice breakfast too.

This was a fabulous hotel. I actually stayed here for 10 nights and used it as my home base to travel a bit throughout Switzerland. …and a bit of France. One can easily walk all the way to the main center of Basel (if you like longer walks through an adorable area) or you have the tram in Basel or the train in Saint-Louis to get places. The room was spotless (this is coming from a germaphobe), and just absolutely lovely. I ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel one night and the food was delicious. The area also has a lot of good food options within a short walking distance. …I loved coming back to Saint-Louis every evening…even on my day to the alps, it was nice to return “home” to this lovely hotel :)

My daughter and I booked last minute as we got tickets to the Women's Euro Final. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was great. The room was of a good size, beds were comfortable and our room had a "book nook" which my daughter absolutely loved. Only issue I had was the hotel did not receive any messages we sent via expedia. So there was a minor confusion with the room and the need for parking, which the staff sorted for us. Their frustration with expedia was plain and I wouldn't put this against the hotel. Tip here is to email them directly and not via Expedia.

This was a last minute booking as our daughter wan't very well. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very smart and I liked the interior design. The bedrooms and a selection of books on a bookshelf which was a nice touch, the bathroom was great, having a walk in shower and a bathtub. Breakfast was lovely.

Service de Navette de l'aéroport à l'hôtel rapide. Chambre propre. Personnel souriant. Très bon restaurant La Cave avec une bonne sélection de Vin.

Coolt hotell nära Basel flygplats som hämtar upp en. Man blir hämtar på franska sidan på Parking express. Mysigt rum. Om det är varmt så är det sjukt varmt i rummet. AC låter mycket. God frukost! Vänlig personal.

Everything and everyone was perfect. Shuttle late and Bruna ungraded our room, a kind gesture! One big flaw in my opinion is the height of the bathroom mirror. Not designed for anyone 5’5” or under.

Room for as lovely and unique.

Rigtig dejligt hotel. Morgenmaden var vi ikke så vilde med og det ville have været dejligt med køleskab på værelset og plads udenfor til at sidde. Restauranten fylder meget på sparsom udeplads. Servicen var helt i top. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Staff was so very considate and kind... breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again.
