Wow what a room stayed in the Queen Anne suite would highly recommend it vast space a view to die for absolutely

I had the best night's sleep in ages, and the staff was excellent.

The hotel could be described as a simple, quiet, romantic getaway, however it is quite tired - needs TLC quite badly. Could benefit from a deeper clean (bathrooms), greater maintenance (lights, switches, sockets, windows), and upgrading (heating, TVs).

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had a comfortable sleep but the negative was that there was a plumbing issue in the morning so there were problems in the kitchen so we were unable to take a shower in the room and also unable have breakfast which we had paid for. Therefore, we checked out earlier than intended And drove home. When we called the hotel to say that we left and didn’t have breakfast, the member of staff just said oh,very sorry but it was only an hour and we did then serve breakfast. which I found very disappointing.

Actually so horrendous it’s laughable. The construction noises were insanely loud through out my whole stay and I had to jump over a pile of soggy towels and a bucket of water that was filling from a ceiling leak to get to my room. I actually can’t believe I paid over £100 for a room here. Insane

We had originally booked for two nights as I was having a operation,I checked in and then my operation was cancelled I explained to the staff and I've got to say the staff was amazing,really helpful and managed to move the un used night so that I can use it when my operation was moved to , the hotel has real charm and the room was very clean and spacious,look forward to our next night stay , thankyou for being so understanding

The place looks nice. But our room at the top floor was a bit disappointing. The bathroom does not have a good exhaust system. The power circuit from adjacent room disrupts our room’s electrical supply. The hotel food is nice and the team are very friendly and helpful.

Room was quirky, made a nice change. Very big with nice views

Comfortable room and a great small bar for an evening meal and an excellent breakfast in the restaurant in the morning.

Breakfast staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. We had a couple of complaints about the room. but overall stay was very good.

The friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

Room was freezing cold, door handle fell off. Staff were very helpful however and delivered radiators to the room. But it was not a cozy night.

There was bugs in the bed was made to change my own sheets to which I found more bugs so had to leave and find other accommodation. As they had no other rooms Staff apologised but no compensation was given apart from a refund as I had to travel into to London to stay with family which cost me extra money in fuel as I was due to work in Windsor

Our room (Queen Anne) should have been wonderful as it overlooks the gardens and lake and is very comfortable. However, it had been shown that afternoon to a couple planning their wedding and had not been cleaned: there were unspecified liquid spills on two surfaces and the floor needed vacuuming. The rose petals on the bed were fine, though rather unexpected ...! The toiletries are disappointing for a hotel that could go for a more luxury experience. We ate at the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. The music was too loud and way too much unrestful jazz: inappropriate to the setting. Service was mixed: the young chap who checked us in was great, but the evening staff seemed tired and bored and not really wanting to be there. Breakfast staff were very friendly. Overall, it is a great location, especially for the airport; these are easy fixes so I would hope would be addressed.

Got a parking ticket even though I registered at reception Is a solid 3 star

The room was so dirty. Stained sheets and the bathroom tap was leaking. Had dirty footprints on the bathroom floor as well
