Absolutely amazing hotel 😍 Everything from checking to checking out was great. Hotel is super clean staff are amazing and it’s in a great location. The roof terrace at sunset was beautiful. Can’t wait to stay again

The hotel is in a fab location on the beach. The roof top bar was great as was the pool area. The rooms are ok but lacked a few things I think it should have had. There was no coffee machine and they only supplied powdered milk. The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were awful. The cleaning if the room was just ok! For what we paid for the hotel I can only rate it as average. It’s saving grace is it’s location!

Nous avons payé tres cher un sejour qui ne valait pas ce prix. L hotel a des problèmes d infrastructures, nous avons eu une première chambre qui sentait les egouts et n avons ete reloges que le jour suivant La terrasse n avait pas ete nettoyée. La nouvelle chambre etait mieux mais le service de chambre ne vaut pas 4 etoiles : produits de salle de bains non renouvelés.. Le pire est le restaurant ou la nourriture est insipide et non renouvelée quand les hordes de touristes allemands se precipitent sur les plats (paella..) Nous avons aussi évité la piscine prise d assaut avec des serviettes des son ouverture... Pourtant, au mois de juin, nouw pensions etre tranquilles, mais ca n a pas ete le cas dans cet hotel.

Decent. Room was not as advertised, as a queen room was actually just two single beds pushed together! Overall, not a bad place to stay if nothing else available but I wouldn’t recommend highly.

Nice stay, can confirm the grumpy staff at check-in. For a 4-star hotel not acceptable. Honestly, if you cannot keep smiling at check-in, change your job. Your the entry door to my stay, which I found disappointing. Otherwise a nice room, nice location. Compared to other reviews we found the breakfast buffet quite nice and with good choices. Could be slightly better in terms of food quality, yes, but its complaining on a high level. Parking situation especially for offloading/loading baggage quite unclear. Parking in the nearby was ok, EUR 11.50 a day.

TV didn’t work - front desk didn’t care. Parking was problematic - front desk didn’t care. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and cute. Nice boardwalk area for drinks. Overpriced

Lovely grounds, rooms and location to the sea, restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. All and all a wonderful stay with beautiful views--we upgraded. Breakfast is spectacular with maybe 50+ items to choose from! Would highly recommend. Either get parking with the hotel in advance or you can park in the garage up the street. Two minutes away,

Great location, clean, nice room but food options were limited

The view is the top feature of this hotel. Staff were great and it’s very tidy. Pool is good and pool area is good. The beach is by the front steps which is amazing. The only bit not excellent is breakfast. It’s just a bit flat for a 4 star hotel. Example is the orange juice is like watered down cordial when nearly every hotel in spain has fresh squeezed. Everything is diy so food is cold by time you have your food and drinks and toast. It’s ok, but when everything else is great, this could definitely be improved.

Wonderful hotel, excellent location with provate parking of you contact them ahead of time. Food was a slight let down, but its not to say it was bad just not exceptional. Coffee wasnt great either. Cocktails were fantastic and the roof top bar is fantastic. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Really lovely hotel in the centre of the port. Plenty of quality bars and restaurants just outside and along all of the port side. Easy access to the tram to get into Soller and the bus to get into Palma. If travelling from the airport get a taxi iso of an Uber as generally cheaper. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable and I had a great partial sea view. Pool area can get busy with limited sun beds but the beach is just across the road. All in all I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel and resort.

This hotel is a cut above with a beautiful coastal location in Soller. Rooms nicely appointed with very comfortable beds. We had a balcony with a view of the harbor which was an added bonus. The breakfast and dinner buffet meals offered are excellent with a wide variety of food options. When on the island of Mallorca I would stay here again!

Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war hellhörig aber sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war vielseitig, leider hätten manche Speisen etwas wärmer sein können. Sonst gibts nichts zu meckern.

Nice spot close to the beach. Rooms were nice but little things made it feel less polished. Things like soap dispensers that had fallen off the walls or big marks on the wall; easy fixes that help a space feel nicer. The restaurant had good variety but all the food was usually cool/cold; some good food warmers would go a long way. We parked down the toad in the parking garage and that worked well.

Lovely friendly hotel in a fantastic location would definitely come again.

We have been staying at this hotel for years always a good choice, we always book a superior sea view room half board. Breakfast was good as always, dining may not have been quite has good as we have been used to, some of the freshly grilled food was undercooked and choices didn't seem as good. Perhaps we have used the same hotel too much, we will probably try some where different next time.
