Die Lüftung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht abstellen. Die ganze nacht ein surrendes geräusch. Schlecht zum schlafen. In der dusche Schimmel. Die Deckenverkleidung hing lose von der decke.

Hotel is wonderful . In a great setting of vine yards on a hill with great views. Found it strange to close the bar Saturday afternoon when there are guests there. Only thing we had was the beds are a little thin so feels a bit hard . Overal great plance with great people

Property was clean. Showers were roomy. Amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo, lotion and toothbrush are offerred.

Superbe emplacement qui donne un charme particulier à l'hôtel. Je n'y ai malheureusement passé qu'une nuit.

Notre chambre était très grande, avec une salle de bain toute aussi immense. La literie était très confortable. Nous avons apprécié les petits-déjeuners copieux proposés au buffet. Un parking derrière l'hôtel permet de laisser sa voiture sans peur de ne pas savoir où se garer. Situé en hauteur, l'hôtel domine Susegana et permet de profiter d'un paysage agréable au milieu des vignes. C'est un vrai lieu de détente.

Hotel avec un excellent service et un personnel tres souriant et courtois. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, beaucoup de v-choix avec des produits de qualité. Nous avons pu diner le soir avec un plat simple très bien cuisiné. Excellente literie.

Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte dopo aver partecipato alla festa dei popoli di San Vendemiano. Nella struttura immersa tra i vigneti abbiamo trovato personale gentile , camera grande e bagno con doccia . Ci torneremo sicuramente. La consiglio a chi cerca un luogo tranquillo.

Le personnel est parfait. L'hôtel est très bien. Une chambre immense avec une vue magique. Mais pas d'eau chaude pendant plusieurs nuits je comprends mieux le tarif très attractif pour un quatre étoiles. OK des travaux mais ce n'est pas normal dans ce type de gamme. Je reviendrai malgré tout.

Staff very friendly

My wife and I decided to stay a couple of days in the Piave area before returning to Norway from Italy. We decided to stay at PHI Hotel Astoria because it was in the middle of our "area of interest". The hotel was really much more than we expected. A fantastic location, a good parking space, very friendly staff, a very good breakfast, very good beds, a spacious and clean room with an air conditioning system that was very quiet, and a very nice bathroom. However, the bar and the nearby osteria was not open so we had to eat in the nearby town Conegliano. (We had been informed about these temporary closures when we booked the room.) Altogether, a perfect stay.

Loved staying here, perfect holiday spot for Venice if you are cool with driving ~ 45 minutes one way to visit Venice. We enjoyed our stay, receptionist was super courteous, same with bar and coffee. We would highly recommend this for anyone traveling with family / kids
