櫃檯職員服務有禮貌，酒店清潔新淨，房間大及舒適，唯一需要改善係清潔人員清潔時沒有加添茶及咖啡

房間舒適，地點佳。打掃的也很乾淨，櫃檯人員也很棒，但是更換杯子的人員都不會主動收走髒杯子換上乾淨的杯子，甚至收走杯子沒有放新的杯子。

走路10分鐘可以到熊布朗宮很方便，但到其他景點較遠，而且最近三個月U4綠綫地鐵在維修，要轉車很不方便。

位置比较偏，如果开车还可以。要注意床是90厘米的，没有盥洗用具；入住时千万告诉不要靠前面马路的房间，车声、火车声，一晚上不能睡觉，是超级大声。

Friendly and helpful check in staff, knows what customers want! Very experienced staff in front desk!

L'hôtel est situé sur une avenue très passante, le bruit des voitures n'est pas suffisamment atténué par les vitres. Le hall est très haut de plafond, pas du tout cosy. Le restaurant est calme et correct. Le parking dépend d'une société privée et certains salariés ne savent rien de son fonctionnement, bref pour un Hilton on peut s'attendre à mieux

They should offer a bottle of water or two of 500ml. It cost them nothing. I arrived late and needed water but could not find some in the room late night.

An average non-descript generic chain hotel with way overpriced breakfast, considering that the selection is at the level of a three star hotel. Quite expensive underground parking (considering the out of center location), but a nice perk is the free EV charging. Don’t pay for the breakfast and it’s an excellent deal out of season.

Super clean and comfortable hotel, close to transit, and they even had power converters to lend out to guests!

체크인이 한시간 지연됨

Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt was prima, in de badkamer wat puntjes van aandacht maar was goed. Helaas is het restaurant op maandagavond gesloten.

Das Zimmer hat nach Tieren gerochen, war sehr unangenehm. Aussicht hatten wir keine auf Schönbrun weil 1. Stock. Sonst Zimmer in Ordnung

Super Zimmer, tolle Lage, Parkticket ist etwas vergünstigter durch den Hotelaufenthalt

Le service, le personnel la chambre très agréable Le seul problème c’est qu’on entend le passage de véhicules c’est dommage. Il faut une insonorisation plus efficace. Cdt
