Friendly staff very convenient location

Kindly staff, location is very close to Leeds station, room is clean and large, bed is comfortable Most impressive is breakfast is ordered not take by myself, so should take some time to wait for breakfast, but the staff is so nice

This is our go to hotel whenever we come to Leeds ,we love the ambiance and the hospitality offered by our hosts and the sense of being part of a family by the welcoming we receive every time we stay .Its location is ideal central to the wonderful night life offered and the shopping experience too.

Beautiful, quiet hotel. Places to eat within walking distance.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I had a large and fantastic room. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. What was very disappointing was the apparently strict rule about waiting to 15:00 to check in! I would be very surprised to learn that my room was not ready at 14:35? I would happily stay here again but ensure I arrived after 15:00.

Odd hotel. Check in process was tedious. Room was comfortable but old fashioned and tatty, I suspect there were much nicer ones in the hotel. It was a hot day and the window had been left over so not nice when I first entered - air con was slow to work, but got there after a couple of hours. Bathroom was small and old. Check out was another laborious experience. Overall, would not rush back until they modernise and update their rooms.

Everything was fine, a lovely hotel and a lovely room, very comfy and clean. Nice decor and conveniently located, great value for money. Staff were really friendly. The breakfast wasn't great though, a little bit basic, especially the coffee.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay

We love staying here. People are so welcoming and friendly. And I love the old world charm and style of the lobby and rooms.

トラディショナルな英国風ホテルで、ブランドホテルにはないアットホームさと快適さがある。かつてロジャームーア、アンドリュー・ロイド・ウェバー、レディーガガなど著名人が滞在。朝食はリーズで一番美味しい。バスタブが備えられているのも良い。リース駅から徒歩2分の距離にありシティセンターも至近。
