พักพร้อมเด็กสองคน ห้องโอเคกางกระเป๋าเดินทางได้ ห้องที่ได้ตอนบ่ายแดดร้อนมาก แต่ตอนกลางคืนไม่ร้อน ตอนไปลิฟต์ใช้ได้ตัวเดียวแต่รอไม่นาน อาหารเช้าโอเคหลากหลาย สตาฟให้ความช่วยเหลือดี ทำเลเดินได้ไม่ไกลจากที่เที่ยว เลี้ยวซ้ายออกจากโรงแรมเจอร้านอาหารยาวๆไป

Receptionist is really nice and helpful.

Hotel was a bit old and reminded me of Hotel Del Luna hahaha. Rooms were spacious but looked like they were in need of an upgrade. Very nice hotel staff. Location is great too.

Everything is so good. But should have parking space more.

Excellent staff and good breakfast.

靠近小樽运河，景色绝佳，仅几步之遥。酒店员工热情友好，乐于助人。

Amazing hotel to stay for a night or two. Recommend to choose the room with the canal view. Night scene and morning scene is beautiful! Reception staffs were great at keeping our needs. Speak good english too. Luggage drop also available if arrived early. From otaru station it is quite a walk downhill, about 600m. By taxi it is just around 600yen. Thanks for the great experience in otaru. Ps: somehow I cant upload photos from my gallery. Bummer.

Good location. Although hotel is old but it's clean & well maintain.

Lokasi premium, tepat di sebelah Otaru Canal yang terkenal. Kamar luas dan bersih, staff sangat professional dan helpful.

酒店很漂亮、很新、很干净，房间也很宽敞。服务好，价格合理，位置好，靠近餐厅。距离景点步行即可到达位于运河观光船码头对面。从房间看到的景色很美。有停车位。

房间不是很宽敞，刚刚好。浴室宽敞，靠近餐饮和小樽运河。从卧室可欣赏运河景观

BAGUS BERSIH DAN LOAKSI JUGA SANGAT BAGUS

就在小樽运河旁边。非常适合睡觉和欣赏风景。

Car park is some difficulty to in-out but is safety.
