Everything is superb! Would love to stay here again

It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help calling for a taxi.

We stayed in a suite which is a duplex. The room is thus a bit packed. Otherwise the service and everything is good.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed and bedding. We stayed in a corner room so it was also very quiet too. Hotel staff were friendly too.

地點好，就在St. James Park地鐵站外面，離白金漢宮不遠，步行可到。周圍有costa 和 starbucks，晚上很安靜。

酒店地理位置特別好，對面就是地鐵站，服務也挺不錯的,維多利亞火車站步行八九分鐘，St James公園、Westminster教堂、白金漢宮就在旁邊，穿過St James公園不遠就是奢品購物區.

Great location! Entrance to the tube is across the street. Easy walk to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and the London Eye.

２回めの利用ですが、いつも部屋がとても静かで気に入ってます。部屋のみならず、ホテル全体に落ち着いた雰囲気が保たれていて、心穏やかに過ごすことができます。室内はとても清潔ですし、他では気になる水回りも全く問題ありません。

This is the first time that we have stayed at the Conrad St.James. We had booked it mainly due to the location for our events whilst in London. We booked a King Executive room which gave us all the space to get ready with out being cramped. The bed was really comfy and the amenities in the rooms were good. Our only critique of the room is that there was no full length mirror and the only mirror to dry your hair in front of was on the wall behind the coffee machine that housed the wine and water glasses. Neither was ideal when trying to get ready. The access to the Executive lounge was a great added bonus. The staff in every department of the hotel were extremely attentive and helpful on all levels from calling a taxi, helping with the luggage, giving us a late checkout due to attending the Kings Garden Party, having space to get changed before we went home after check out. Nothing was too much trouble. The food in the Blue Boar Pub was excellent we particularly enjoyed the homemade scotch egg and sausage roll, the room service menu is vast and we throughly enjoyed having the table set up in our room for in room dining. We only had chance to get breakfast on one of our mornings. The selection was wide and something for everyone. The only critique here was the hot breakfast buffet items were on the cold side. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a truly 5 star property. The staff is very helpful, polite and kind, from front desk to housekeeping, restaurant, etc. The room is spotlessly clean and well maintained, beds confortable, great size bathroom. Wonderful location, walking distance from Westminster abbey, Big Ben and the Palace.
