單人房在樓層中間其實很酷,但是淋浴間會漏水到房間,>< ,還好我看房間很小,淋浴整個房間會潮溼有,只有早上shower ,櫃檯非常親切,位置也很棒,床太軟不好睡.

Room was nice and well-decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Wi-Fi was good. The only disadvantage was that it is close to bars, so it was noisy until 3 am.

This is the second time stayed in this hotel, last time I stayed at the top floor deluxe room like a penthouse so the lights come from windows. this times stayed 3rd floor only two window and face to the other bldg and lighting too dark, special in bathroom. and the shower in the bathroom not work the reception staff (guy) very helpful and come to fix it. and the other staffs are very kindness.

Ok so this hotel has the bathtub/shower literally in the small bedroom and we actually got the bed wet when the water hit my shoulder in the wrong direction. And there is no wall so it's a bed and a bathtub/shower in same space. Omg. And to make matters worse it is on top of a bar that will pound your room till way after midnight. How anyone gives this place more than one star we are amazed. Worst hotel in kastbtheee years in Europe for us. We missed the ball when we reserved for one night luckily

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an area that is amongst a lot of great restaurants and bars. It is within walking distances of the shopping areas and transport links. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are thinking of booking this place and the price looks too good, please know that IT IS. You will regret staying here unless you are a 20 something friend of one of the club promoters downstairs. The hotel is a design disaster with walls and carpet in shambles. The worst part is the thumping music and smoke that billows up till 3am from the bar downstairs. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Bel hôtel, lit confortable. Soyez conscient que l'hôtel est situé près de certains bar, les chambres face à la rue (celle que nous avions) beaucoup de bruit/musique/personnes qui chantent/parlent fort. Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger je vous conseil de demander des chambres autres que celles à l avant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon Dans l'ensemble c est un bon hôtel, central pour visiter les attraits principaux

Excellent location for a Brussels vacation - literally, steps away from Grand Place! Safe area and always full of people - if you are a light sleeper you may have issues sleeping because of the noise all night from the bars and cafes. We had no issues but all 4 of us can sleep through anything LOL Easy to walk to a myriad of options for food, drinks or shopping. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond - and the hotel breakfast is top notch! Would highly recommend.

El hotel no es para familias, es más para un ambiente nocturno. Es céntrico, fácil de caminar a los alrededores.

Had a wonderful stay here! Hotel staff were very welcoming and the room was a good size and comfortable. Location was perfect! Only downside was the condition of our room (202) - there were a few plugs not fully in the wall, the shower wouldn’t fix into position so we had to hold the shower head, and the shower blinds wouldn’t work properly. They weren’t bad enough to ruin our stay but we did find the shower annoying to use!

Felt really nestled into the heart of Brussels as it was above a bar! Can get quite noisy, but not noticeable for us

La atención excelente, el cuarto muy cómodo y amplio. Una excelente ubicación. En las habitaciones que dan al exterior el ruido es un poco intenso por las noches, sobre todo en fin de semana. El baño debería tener privacidad, sobre todo por las estancias familiares. El desayuno tiene pocas opciones. Pero en general muy bien.

What a find. The staff bent over backwards to assist me in any way possible. Friendly too. My room had a real boutique feel to it with all the mod cons, including aircon (a must in Europe these days in summer). It was centrally located in easy walking distance of many restaurants and public transport was just a few steps away. Fantastic.

Flott lokasjon, hyggelig personale og et hotell med særegenhet. Kan godt anbefale dette, men hadde rom med badekar rett ved sengen, så kreative løsninger er en naturlig overskrift.

Hotel facilities and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very good. Easy to walk everywhere nearby. The only problem was the sketchy individuals around that area/in the general vicinity of the hotel. Early in the morning, it doesn’t seem safe. But of course that’s not the fault of the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Thank you.
