Basic value for money. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. The location is quite central. The food was okay enough. For breakfast though you are forced to have sandwiches only or buffet. I wish they served other options. The night waiters were friendlier than morning waiters. The guards, front desk staff, night waiters & housekeeping staff were all nice.

No toiletries provided, no wifi, no complimentary water.

I booked the room through app& after I paid the room and everything is ready, me and my family went to the hotel to check in and I was disappointed when they told me that my name is not yet on their system, I have to wait and ask me questions and they even questioned me why did I booked through app, so when I told them because I have a discount her reaction was not satisfied so she called someone to verify it but when she asked me again why did I book through app I was unpleased with it and asked her back "why?, is it not preferable for you, me booking through app?" and she answered "not really ma'am it's just because the rate of the room is not the same" and I was not pleased with it I even showed them my voucher, Itinerary ID, PO number and she even told me "we will just inform you by tomorrow cause you might have other payments" and I was puzzled. Good thing the other woman told her I don't have any payments anymore just deposit. But in all even if they gave me the room near the fire exit I was kinda ok with it and the room is great.

Rooms are great, service is really good. Restaurant is okay, best to eat out. Try to get rooms at the ground floor facing the pool. There is a balcony that has direct access to the pool. Also, the location of the hotel is not as ideal as those along Lacson Street. But the hotel itself is excellent.

The deluxe room for two was good. What was off was the air condition because it took to long to cool the room. Over-all stay was nice and the staff were very accommodating. Taxis are always available outside the hotel and the wifi was good. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bacolod.

However, when we arrived at the hotel, the room is no longer available. Good thing, they upgraded our room at no additional charge. We only stayed there for a few hours and left the hotel. You can smell how old the room is. No air freshener.

Good: friendly and approachable staff - on time check in (early check in would have been allowed if the room was already available) - quick and efficient checkout - enough light inside room and can also be as dark or cozy as you like For improvement: no complementary water - Cable provider had trouble that day so i wasn't able to watch TV the whole morning before checkout - generally, bathroom is presentable but there are areas that needs cleaning like the spaces between the tiles are dirty or the tissue holder needs to be cleaned - no bidet (although they would've probably provided if i asked but i didn't because i used my disposable plastic ware as dipper). I stayed overnight in this hotel in their Standard room.

It's suppose to be average but the next to bad is great. Anyways, we booked a standard room. It's on the farthest corner of the hallway. When the generator was up and running. We can hear the noise. Good thing we're already awake at that time. They ask for a deposit fee of 500 pesos. They clean everyday which is great.

Great customer service from their receptionist, however there's no welcome drinks upon arrival. Clean room but had some bad smell. should been sanitized well. Outdated room, bathroom should have a bidet, It's 2018 already. Buffet breakfast is 8/10, pool was great though. Affordable Hotel at the heart of Bacolod Centre

Room is great. They should upgrade their TV and add bidet in the bathroom. For a Filipino, it’s typical to use water dipper or bidet and there’s non in the bathroom.

Complimentary soap on a deluxe setting is much appreciated.

Good place to stay. Front desk staff that assists us were friendly and accommodating. The place was quiet. Hope that they could upgrade their television set since it is still a CRT one.

Front desk officers are so unprofessional. Even the reservation officer is very sarcastic! No wonder this hotel gets bad feedback from a lot of guests. A piece of advice from someone who constantly travels both locally and abroad, this hotel does not give you the best bang for buck. I’ve stayed in better backpacker’s hostels at a significantly lower value.
